Tranquilidad y confort le esperan en esta finca con piscina privada, situada en Moscari, en la Sierra de Tramuntana y con capacidad para 2 personas.
Esta coqueta villa cuenta con 1 dormitorio con cama doble en la primera planta. Sorprende con vistas espectaculares sobre el campo y hacia las montañas. Hay 2 baños con plato de ducha. La casa no tiene aire acondicionado pero hay dos ventiladores para las habitaciones.
El jardín, muy bien cuidado, es un oasis de relax; con olivos, almendros y naranjos, también hay macetas y una pequeña área con césped. En el jardín también hay una barbacoa móvil. La parcela está vallada, también hay gallinas en el jardín, pero están en su propio corral y los dueños de la casa cuidan de ellas. Hay 3 terrazas, una delante de la casa, de 45 m2, otra detrás, de 25 m2, y la tercera situada al lado de la villa, de 32 m2. Esta última tiene acceso a la cocina. La ventaja de tener varias terrazas es poder escoger en cual estar dependiendo de donde está la sombra a cada hora del día, si uno quiere tomar el sol o estar en la sombra. La piscina de cloro, de 3x7 metros es el sitio perfecto para todos a los que les gusta el sol y nadar. Hay 4 hamacas y una sombrilla.
Se entra a la casa directamente al salón comedor, que tiene un sofá, chimenea, televisión satélite y una mesa de comedor. La cocina independiente cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar sus vacaciones. Toda la casa tiene conexión WIFI. Durante el invierno, hay calefacción central y se puede usar la preciosa chimenea.
Importante: la casa es adosada – la casa de los propietarios está pegada a la villa. Durante la temporada alta, julio y agosto, los propietarios no viven allí. Durante el resto del año, los propietarios no os molestarán y no utilizarán la piscina mientras estéis en la casa.
Llegaréis al pueblo encantador de Moscari en pocos minutos en coche. Además recomendamos visitar los auténticos pueblos de Mancor de la Vall, Caimari, Selva, Orient y Alaró con su castillo. Cerca de Orient se encuentran unas cascadas de agua, Sal d’es Freu, que llevan agua después de unos días de lluvia.
Los alrededores son muy bonitos y podrá practicar deportes al aire libre – hay varias rutas de senderismo muy bonitas. No olvide visitar “Ses Fonts Ufanes”, cerca de Campanet. Este fenómeno natural ocurre después de varios días de lluvia, cuando brota agua de los manantiales de manera realmente espectacular.

Ver más Unser Aufenthalt in der Finca war wunderschön. Die Besitzer des Hauses sind sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Wir wurden mit einem Begrüßungssgeschenk empfangen und waren schon nach kürzester Zeit von der Atmosphäreund den netten Besitzern überwältigt.Jeden Morgen haben wir uns aufs Neue gefreut, den schönen Ausblick von der Terrasse genießen zu können. Die Bilder können die tatsächliche Lage und Natur nur annähernd wiedergeben. Das gesamte Grundstück ist atemberaubend. Es wird mit Sicherheit nicht unserer letzter Aufenthalt in der Finca Can Pintat sein. Wir kommen wieder!
Ver más The house was very nice. Even better than the pictures. We stayed for 1 week in which we could enjoy the quiet, nature and very relaxed atmosphere of this house and it's surroundings. Not to forget, we enjoyed the cats, dog and chickens! The owners were very helpfull and pleasant people, who gave us a warm welcome and good advice. Spoke very good English. Everything you would like to have present at the house was there, like the fully stocked kitchen. We would highly recommend this stay. We hope to come back some time. Fritz and Marinette, thank you so much for a perfect stay!
Ver más Eine Finka zum Verlieben ! Nach unserer Anreise sind wir von Fritz und Marinette sehr herzlich begrüsst worden. Überrascht wurden wir mit einem Willkommensgruß für den ersten Abend. Wir waren überwältigt von der zauberhaften Finca, der schönen ruhigen Lage, dem Panoramafenster mit Aussicht auf die Berge und der geschmackvollen Einrichtung der verschiedenen Räume sowie vom gepflegten Grundstück. Wir bekamen von ihnen wertvolle kulinarische Hinweise und Tipps zur Erkundung der Insel. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, so dass wir uns gut entspannen konnten. Wir haben die beiden menschlich sehr liebgewonnen und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, gerne kommen wir wieder zu einem zweiten Zuhause.

Ideal for 2 couples or 1 couple with 2 children you fine a lovely and modern renovated guesthouse with 2 floore (downstairs: modern kitchen, small bathroom, livingroom with ofen and panorama-window, upstairs with 2 single beds in open aerea and a sleepingroom and a second bathroom). All in all you feel the taste of the country and the excellent tast of the owner, living in wintertime in nabourhood and are very friendly and helpful (greetings by this way to Franz & Marinette!!). We had been wellcomed by a bottle of fine redwine, a bottle of Oliveoil and a BIG bascet of oranges, lemons and some canes of beer and some food for the first afternoon/evening. Very charming at all! You will meet 3 lovely cats and an small but cheerfull dog "PINO". Take your time to cuddle all and you will get new friends. Franz & Marinette give you precious advises about all and can show you walkways for walking/wanderin-fans. In wintertime the house is heated and comfortable at all. The ofen is a lovely hot addition. We found what we seeked for in all our requirements and go back to C'an Pintat defetively as soon as possible!!
Ver más We have been to many places in Europe, but this is really the best place we ever had. That’s why we only can agree with the comments in the previous reviews. There's simply no better house to spend your holidays when you’re on Mallorca. The house is: • perfect located, near the highway and the mountains, and only a half to one hour drive from other important touristic places on the island.• Peacefully situated on the countryside, with many terraces around the house, so any time of the day you can choose where to sit and enjoy the sun.• Fully equipped, everything you may need is available. The owners live next door, but the property is big enough, so you won’t even notice their presence. But when you need advice about the surroundings, or about which restaurant to go to for dinner, they are willing to help you at any time. There’s also a little dog, called Pinocho, who will welcome you enthusiastic when you "come home". And every morning he waits for you at the front door to wish you a wonderful day. This little fellow has become our dear friend during our stay (and that means a lot, knowing that the Mrs. is not a doglover ;) ). We definitely enjoyed our stay at Ca’n Pintat. Mallorca is a big island with a lot of things to do for everybody. There are the mountains if you like to hike, the sea and beaches for sunbathers, and the beautiful city of Palma if you want to enjoy some culture or if you just want to do some shopping. The island is too big to do in only two weeks, so we surely will come back. And of course …. We’ll stay again at Ca’n Pintat. So…. Fritz y Maria….
