This amazing villa with private pool is ideal for relax-seekers. It is located in Moscari, at the foot of the Tramuntana Mountains and offers a second home for 2 guests.
This cosy villa counts with 1 bedroom on the ground floor, featuring a double bed and spectacular views over the countryside and up to the mountains. There are 2 complete bathrooms with shower and 2 fans.
The very well kept natural garden is a green oasis of relax with olive; lemon; almond and orange trees, garden patches and a small area of lawn (about 15m2). There is also a mobile BBQ in the garden. The plot is fenced. There are also chickens in the garden, but they are housed in their own hen coop. The house owners will take care of the animals. There are 3 terraces, one in front of the house with 45m2, other one behind it with about 25m2 and the third one which is situated on the side front of the villa with a size of 32m2. The last terrace has access to the kitchen. The advantage of having a few terraces is that you could choose whether you prefer sun or shade because one always lies in the sun, the other one has shade. The chlorine pool with a size of 3 meters x 7 meters is the perfect place for all the sun lovers and keen swimmers of you. There are 4 sun beds and 1 sunshade.
You enter the house and will be in the living-dining room, which is equipped with a cosy sofa, fireplace, satellite television and a table. The independent kitchen is fully equipped. Of course there is also a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The whole house counts with WIFI. For the winter season, the house counts with central heating and a wonderful fireplace.
Important: please note that the villa is semi-detached – the owner’s house is directly next to the villa. During the high season, July and August, the owners won’t live there. During the rest of the year, the owners won’t disturb you and won’t use the pool while there are guests. If you wish to use the central heating, this has an extra cost.
The surroundings are beautiful and invite you to practice different kinds of sports like cycling, or jogging. Furthermore you will find lots of gorgeous hiking routes around the house. Don’t forget to visit the springs “Ses Fonts Ufanes” near Campanet. In general, this natural spectacle starts after several days of rain and surely you will be impressed by the beauty of these extraordinary springs. Also, the small but authentic Majorcan villages Caimari, Selva, Orient, Alaró and Mancor de la Vall are worth visiting.

See more Unser Aufenthalt in der Finca war wunderschön. Die Besitzer des Hauses sind sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Wir wurden mit einem Begrüßungssgeschenk empfangen und waren schon nach kürzester Zeit von der Atmosphäreund den netten Besitzern überwältigt.Jeden Morgen haben wir uns aufs Neue gefreut, den schönen Ausblick von der Terrasse genießen zu können. Die Bilder können die tatsächliche Lage und Natur nur annähernd wiedergeben. Das gesamte Grundstück ist atemberaubend. Es wird mit Sicherheit nicht unserer letzter Aufenthalt in der Finca Can Pintat sein. Wir kommen wieder!
See more The house was very nice. Even better than the pictures. We stayed for 1 week in which we could enjoy the quiet, nature and very relaxed atmosphere of this house and it's surroundings. Not to forget, we enjoyed the cats, dog and chickens! The owners were very helpfull and pleasant people, who gave us a warm welcome and good advice. Spoke very good English. Everything you would like to have present at the house was there, like the fully stocked kitchen. We would highly recommend this stay. We hope to come back some time. See more Eine Finka zum Verlieben ! Nach unserer Anreise sind wir von Fritz und Marinette sehr herzlich begrüsst worden. Überrascht wurden wir mit einem Willkommensgruß für den ersten Abend. Wir waren überwältigt von der zauberhaften Finca, der schönen ruhigen Lage, dem Panoramafenster mit Aussicht auf die Berge und der geschmackvollen Einrichtung der verschiedenen Räume sowie vom gepflegten Grundstück. Wir bekamen von ihnen wertvolle kulinarische Hinweise und Tipps zur Erkundung der Insel. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, so dass wir uns gut entspannen konnten. Wir haben die beiden menschlich sehr liebgewonnen und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, gerne kommen wir wieder zu einem zweiten Zuhause.

Ideal for 2 couples or 1 couple with 2 children you fine a lovely and modern renovated guesthouse with 2 floore (downstairs: modern kitchen, small bathroom, livingroom with ofen and panorama-window, upstairs with 2 single beds in open aerea and a sleepingroom and a second bathroom). All in all you feel the taste of the country and the excellent tast of the owner, living in wintertime in nabourhood and are very friendly and helpful (greetings by this way to Franz & Marinette!!). We had been wellcomed by a bottle of fine redwine, a bottle of Oliveoil and a BIG bascet of oranges, lemons and some canes of beer and some food for the first afternoon/evening. Very charming at all! You will meet 3 lovely cats and an small but cheerfull dog "PINO". Take your time to cuddle all and you will get new friends. Franz & Marinette give you precious advises about all and can show you walkways for walking/wanderin-fans. In wintertime the house is heated and comfortable at all. The ofen is a lovely hot addition. We found what we seeked for in all our requirements and go back to C'an Pintat defetively as soon as possible!!
See more We have been to many places in Europe, but this is really the best place we ever had. That’s why we only can agree with the comments in the previous reviews. There's simply no better house to spend your holidays when you’re on Mallorca. The house is: • perfect located, near the highway and the mountains, and only a half to one hour drive from other important touristic places on the island.• Peacefully situated on the countryside, with many terraces around the house, so any time of the day you can choose where to sit and enjoy the sun.• Fully equipped, everything you may need is available. The owners live next door, but the property is big enough, so you won’t even notice their presence. But when you need advice about the surroundings, or about which restaurant to go to for dinner, they are willing to help you at any time. There’s also a little dog, called Pinocho, who will welcome you enthusiastic when you "come home". And every morning he waits for you at the front door to wish you a wonderful day. This little fellow has become our dear friend during our stay (and that means a lot, knowing that the Mrs. is not a doglover ;) ). We definitely enjoyed our stay at Ca’n Pintat. Mallorca is a big island with a lot of things to do for everybody. There are the mountains if you like to hike, the sea and beaches for sunbathers, and the beautiful city of Palma if you want to enjoy some culture or if you just want to do some shopping. The island is too big to do in only two weeks, so we surely will come back. And of course …. We’ll stay again at Ca’n Pintat. So…. Fritz y Maria….
