Beautiful stoned house with private pool and wonderful views of the countryside, where 6 guests will enjoy the peace of the lovely village of Moscari.
This wonderful house has a peculiarity and this is, that as it is located only 300 metres from the centre of the village, it is characterised the the peace of the countryside but, at the same time, you won't be isolated and will have all services within reach. The exterior area is very beautiful and well cared, full of joy. The chlorine pool sizes 8 x 3 metres and the depth goes from 1.5 to 1.8 metres. The pool is the place not only to swim but also to sunbathe on one of the 6 sun loungers or read a book under the thatched sunshade with a fully paradisaical style. Lovers of grilled meats and vegetables find their place at the great exterior barbecue together with a covered area to have lunch all together. In front of the house there isa second rustic styled table also available.
On the ground floor, there is a beautiful living-dining room, which is very comfortable to relax while watching satellite TV on the sofas and armchairs; a large traditional kitchen with ceramic hob; a bathroom with shower, a toilet and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. At the top of the stairs, you will find a third bedroom with two single beds and access to a terrace, and a bathroom with bathtub. The room is equipped with AC. All bedrooms have a wardrobe, a place for a cot and a high chair, and a fan. There is a laundry room with ironing board, iron and washing machine.
Moscari is a little village on the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range. It is ideal to come to know the traditions of the locals and for hiking and nature lovers, because it is a good starting point for biking and hiking excursions. After a long morning tour, we recommend you to stop and have lunch at the restaurant Sa Plaça. If you feel like going to the beach, the nearest beach is Port de Pollensa, with crystalline waters. But we also invite you to discover other beaches and coves in the area.

Fully fitted kitchen, back room and downstairs bathroom with shower. Up stairs bathroom air conditioned lovely bedroom and huge terrace. The outside is what really sells with good size pool, barbecue area and covered dining area, grass area and large parking for many cars. Loved the villa and holiday with some great non listed items like free safe, large pool room which housed bar h equipment and pool items and toilets which was brilliant if having a pool day. The representatives at Homerti were fanatic and always immediate response and helpful. Did get confused with superstition of villa rooms upstairs but overall loved it and would book again immediately.

Pour les voyageurs d avril cependant oublié il y fait très froid pas de chauffage et maison humide car certainement fermée depuis longtemps. La piscine est belle même si nous n en avons pas profité. La cuisine extérieure avec son barbecue est très agréable. Grande buanderie. Beaucoup de vaisselle par contre pas une éponge ni savon, ni aucun élément restant comme de l huile ou du vinaigre, juste du sel….si vous voulez cuisiner il faut tout acheter et laisser pour les suivants peut-être….
For travelers in April, however, forgotten it is very cold, no heating and the house is damp because it has certainly been closed for a long time. The swimming pool is beautiful even if we didn't use it. The outdoor kitchen with its barbecue is very pleasant. Large laundry room. Lots of dishes on the other hand, not a sponge or soap, nor any remaining item like oil or vinegar, just salt….if you want to cook you have to buy everything and leave for the next ones perhaps….

Das Haus ist sehr schön und lädt mit seinem großzügigen Außenbereich zur vollsten Entspannung ein. Leider war es bei unserem Aufenthalt (Ende April) sehr kalt, auf Nachfrage haben wir aber noch Decken bekommen. Die Grundausstattung war etwas mager. Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Seife, etc. war nicht vorhanden. Natürlich kann man alles im Supermarkt selbst besorgen.. Der Check in erfolgte über eine Schlüsselbox und war sehr flexibel, dafür aber recht unpersönlich (keine Tipps, etc.). Die Organisation erfolgt über eine Agentur, die nach der Emailaddresse fragt und für meinen Geschmack ein bisschen zu viel Mails schickt. Man muss sich nochmal extra registrieren, angeblich für die Polizei. So ganz habe ich das Prozedere aber nicht verstanden und war auch eher unüblich. Nachdem alles erledigt war konnten wir unseren Aufenthalt aber sehr genießen. Der Besitzer ist wohl nicht mehr regelmäßig vor Ort (separater Eingang zum Haus). Wir haben ihn zumindest nicht gesehen. Die Gegend und das Haus waren wunderschön und perfekt zum runterkommen. Wir würden nochmal kommen.
The house is very beautiful and invites you to fully relax with its spacious outdoor area. Unfortunately it was very cold during our stay (end of April), but we were given blankets upon request. The basic equipment was a bit poor. Salt, pepper, oil, soap, etc. was not available. Of course you can get everything yourself in the supermarket. Check in was done via a key box and was very flexible, but quite impersonal (no tips, etc.). The organization is done by an agency that asks for the email address and sends a bit too many emails for my taste. You have to register again, supposedly for the police. But I didn't fully understand the procedure and it was rather unusual. After everything was taken care of, we were able to really enjoy our stay. The owner is probably no longer on site regularly (separate entrance to the house). At least we didn't see him. The area and the house were beautiful and perfect to unwind. We would come again.

This is a good, spacious property with lots of outdoor space for sitting and eating as well as a fantastic pool and BBQ. Moscari is a small village with ready access to the main roads and it makes an excellent base for exploring Mallorca.

This is a lovely villa for families. There are lots of outdoor seating areas so you will always find the shade. We LOVED the outdoor Bbq area which had a fridge and sink so we did all our meals out there. The pool is quite small but perfect for kids (there is no fence around it though) They also had loads of pool toys and other toys for the kids to use which was lovely. The house was very clean. The upstairs room had a lovely big balcony looking out at the mountains. The two top windows overlooking the pool are not part of the house -this is where the owner lives. He was lovely and kind and spoke very good English. It was a great location , only 20 mins from the beach. You can walk to the village (very sleepy village!) where there is a little shop where you can get fresh bread and other essentials. other bigger shops are all very close by. Great spot for cycling and running, and a very relaxing place if you want peace a quiet. Take Mozzy spray!
