Benvinguts a aquesta meravellosa casa rústica situada a Selva. Té capacitat per a 6 persones.
Los exteriores de esta casa de dos plantas son muy bonitos. El jardín es un acogedor lugar donde disfrutar del sol, leer un libro o escuchar música en calma. Lo mejor, es la maravillosa piscina de cloro que mide 10.60 x 3.50 y que tiene una profundidad que va de 1.30 a 1.75 metros. Disponen de un maravilloso porche perfectamente amueblado, incluyendo barbacoa de gas, para organizar ricos desayunos y comidas.
La casa distribuida en dos plantas, mezcla elementos rústicos y modernos. Cuenta con una impresionante sala-comedor- cocina, con aire acondicionado, haciendo esta estancia de los más funcional para que puedan cocinar en la vitrocerámica mientras se reúnen en la mesa o ven la televisión por satélite. Hay lavadora, plancha y tabla de planchar. Hay tres dormitorios con cama doble, armario, aire acondicionado y baño en suite con ducha; uno situado en la planta baja y el resto en la primera planta. Hay disponibilidad para una cuna y una trona. Además de los baños en suite hay un aseo en la planta baja que da servicio a toda la casa.
Selva es un pueblo hermoso y familiar situado a los pies de la Sierra de Tramuntana. Se sitúa a 3.3 km de la propiedad, ofrece todos los servicios necesarios como supermercado, bares y restaurantes, y es perfecto para emprender rutas por las montañas. También tiene fácil y rápido acceso a playas como Capellans o Puerto de Alcúdia.

Het huis was een stukje hemel op aarde. Nog mooier dan op de foto’s! Wij hebben enorm genoten van de fijne slaapkamers die allemaal van alle gemakken voorzien waren. Alles was verder erg stylish ingericht met goede apparatuur. Vergeet ook niet om de buitenkeuken met geweldige gril te gebruiken! Verder was het terrein ook heerlijk met voldoende zitjes en gezellige hoekjes. De communicatie was snel en goed. Ik zou dit verblijf zeker aanraden.
Veure mès We had such an amazing stay at this beautiful family house. You can see that the whole house was designed/renovated with an eye for details. Everything looked so nice and they put everything together in such a way that you -as visitors- can enjoy your holiday to the fullest. If there’s something wrong or you have a question, Carme comes to the rescue. Her and her parents are really kind people. So resumé; i would definitely recommend this to everybody i know and even see myself coming back to this lovely place.

Sehr schöne Zimmer und sehr ruhig gelegen. Auch die Ausstattung des Hause war sehr gut. Insgesamt ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt.
Casa absolutamente encantadora por dentro y por fuera, todo fue perfecto.lo único que podría criticar era la falta de una aspiradora para poder limpiar detrás de nuestra familia cada pocos días...
Veure mès Das Haus ist sehr ästhetisch und modern- mallorquinisch eingerichtet sowie gut ausgestattet. Praktisch ist, dass jedes Schlafzimmer über ein eigenes Bad verfügt. Außenbereich lässt ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen. Ein Mietwagen durch sehr ruhige, eher ländliche Lage empfehlenswert. Wir kommen wieder!

Modern and fully updated home with a great yard. We would recommend the property and stay there again.
We had a lovely stay. The house and garden are beautiful with a lot of love to detail. Carmen and her family are very nice and attentive - we didn’t miss anything. They even brought a traditional cake, when they heard one of our kids had their birthday during our stay - very sweet. The house is perfectly equipped with anything you could need. Cooking was just amazing inside but also outside in an incredible outdoor kitchen. We loved every minute of our stay and are sure to return.
Veure mès Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser tollen Finca. Alles war bestens organisiert, vom Check In bis hin zum zusätzlichen Babybett und Hochstuhl. Die Finca ist sehr sauber und hochwertig ausgestattet. Der Kontakt zu den Besitzern war sehr nett. Wir hatten einmal Probleme mit der Klimaanlage und am nächsten Tag kam sofort ein Handwerker. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder

The location was great as you could get everything you need in Inca but also very well positioned for travelling around the island. We have booked to go back already.
Veure mès We loved the house, outside and inside. It is designed with so much love in the details and has everything you need for a comforts and pleasant stay. The outside area gives so many opportunities to relax, swim, bbq and enjoy the sun. The ladies renting the house were also very nice.

“Super tolle und modern ausgestattete Finca. Wir haben unsere Zeit in den 3 Gleichwertigen Zimmern sehr genossen. Die Außenküche ist fantastisch und lädt zu kulinarischen Nächten ein. Die Lage ist super für Ausflüge in den Norden der Insel. Der Pool und Außenbereich sind ein Traum. Drumherum nur Natur, Schafe und in der Ferne kann man schon das Tramu tanagebierge erblicken. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder! Einfach nur zu empfehlen!”
