En ple centre de Palma, la capital de l'illa, ja només 1.3 km de la platja, aquesta espectacular casa de 5 plantes ofereix a 4 hostes una segona llar de somni.
Els donem la benvinguda a aquest impressionant edifici clàssic de 5 plantes, delicadament reformat a avantguardista amb una majestuosa decoració. Els seus interiors, absolutament bells, ofereixen una exquisida combinació d'especials peces clàssiques mallorquines amb elements moderns, de colors càlids i vius, i sol de parquet, oferint així el perfecte confort i la calidesa casolana ideals per gaudir d'una agradable estada sentint-se com a casa .
La terrassa superior és, sens dubte, el lloc perfecte per delectar de bon matí amb el millor dels cafès, amb una relaxant lectura recolzats sobre les dues gandules, o amb una agradable copa de vi mentre els acompanya la suau brisa i l'ataronjat color del cel del capvespre.
Les estances interiors es distribueixen en tres altures, compreses entre les plantes 1, 2 i 3. A la planta 2 hi ha el saló, -equipat amb un còmode sofà on descansar o veure la televisió o una pel·lícula en DVD-, que comparteix espai amb el menjador i una alegre cuina. Aquesta es troba equipada amb vitroceràmica, forn i tots els electrodomèstics i estris necessaris per preparar els seus plats estrella. Per al seva descans, hi ha dues habitacions amb armari. Situada a la planta inferior al saló, una d'elles ofereix dos llits individuals i bany en-suite amb dutxa. La segona es troba a l'altura superior a la sala i compta amb llit de matrimoni i bany en-suite amb dutxa d'hidromassatge. Totes les estances disposen d'aire condicionat. Al darrer pis, tenen la terrassa, una segona i bàsica cuina equipada únicament amb una petita nevera, pica, vaixella i coberts, i la bugaderia on hi ha la rentadora, la planxa i la taula de planxar.
La ubicació és privilegiada al situar-se en ple nucli antic de Palma, ja que la seva bellesa és inigualable i qualsevol servei accessible a peu. Només trepitjar el carrer tenen tot tipus de bars, restaurants, cafès, gelateries, botigues, parades de bus, i molt més. Fins i tot, poden arribar a la platja donant un agradable passeig, ja que la Platja del Passeig Marítim de Palma és a només 1.3 km. Hi ha 6 km fins al port, 8.7 km fins a l'aeroport i 7.5 km fins al camp de golf Son Muntaner. En definitiva, no es poden perdre unes vacances en aquesta llar!

26 hostes han valorat aquesta propietat. We were two couples and stayed almost 2 weeks. The layout of the apartment was perfect as there were 2 large bedrooms with ensuites with the kitchen level in between . All levels had gorgeous terraces to enjoy with the windows open. So enough space for everyone to have their own time . The apartment is on a corner so great for people watching and also means the apartment is very light and sunny. Also enjoyed the roof top in the evenings when it cooled down. It was very clean and had everything one needed. We enjoyed meeting the owner, and enjoyed all his art and lovely furniture. The location is fabulous. Spill out the door and there is no end of bars , restaurants and shopping within a stones throw. The stairs up and down could be a challenge for some. We highly recommend the apartment to stay.
Veure mès Great spot. House had everything you could need! I would bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper at night because of noise in the street but the location is great if you are on foot exploring and has a garage if you get a rental car!
Veure mès Fantastisch huis op zeer centrale locatie in de stad. Restaurants, kathedraal, strand op loopafstand. Aankomst goed geregeld met duidelijke instructies en goede tips van de eigenaar. Perfect schoon en alles aanwezig. Omgeven door leuke restaurants en bars. Erg gezellig maar ‘s nachts wel gehorig. Met oordopjes prima geslapen. Zeker aan te raden!

The other reviews here were spot on about the noise level, but this was nothing that a set of earplugs didn't cure. The location was absolutely perfect! (Once we found it ....) The host, Jaume, was hands down the best airbnb host I've ever experienced. And the pictures, although beautiful, don't do this amazing home justice!! I would absolutely stay here again.

Tolles Stadthaus mitten im Herzen von Palma, mit toller Dachterasse und zwei Schlafzimmern. Das Besondere ist aber, dass man seinen PKW in das Haus hereinfahren kann, und direkt privat zu Hause ist. Zum Ausgehen einfach durch die Tür, und mitten drin! Einfach toll.

Veure mès the 5-story house in Palma that we had the good fortune to rent, was splendid, with exquisite décor, comfortable beds & sitting area, well-furnished kitchen, and a beautiful rooftop area for taking in the city. Our experience was superb from beginning to end. With two full bedrooms and bathes, there was plenty of space for 4. The friendly, gracious owner Jaume met us upon our arrival, drew a map so we could easily find a nearby small grocery, the much larger Mercat de l'Olivar, the cathedral, the waterfront, wonderful little restaurants nearby. Well situated in the a convenient location , Miraclet was a welcome home to return to after our days of exploring the city. We could easily walk to the fabulous sights of Palma. The only caveat is that anyone with serious mobility issues might find the 4 stories challenging. a bar downstairs nearby make for esp. bustling weekend nights. Would we rent Miraclet again? ABSOLUTELY! It’s nigh unto DIVINE.

Check in was easy and the host very helpful and personable.- Sometimes noisy at night. My friend found the stairs a bit steep at times.

Great location, beautiful house tastefully furnished, great host, just remember your in an old city Location was excellent, right in the centre of the historic town, own garage parking for a medium size car, the owner meets you and explains where everything is in the property and surrounding areas, rooms have good aircon units, good showers, comfortable lounge / dining area which takes whole of one floor with a quirky kitchen but very serviceable. This is a very Spanish home but on 4 floors including the roof terrace which is a great open air space. Can be noisy late at night with some local bars open until 2-3am and then garbage men about 4am, you need earplugs but you do get used to it. Staircase is very steep (45degrees) and could benefit from some protection as there is only a metal handrail and no ballustrading. Top steps onto roof require great care when coming down , best to exit and enter from the brown side door as the steps from the main door are kites and are easy to miss. You have to pay a 500Euro deposit ( refundable) but you lose out due to the exchange rate when it is returned, would be fairer if a credit card number holding was taken instead.

Beautiful apartment in the middle of Palma! Close to everything! The host was very nice and helpful. The only critique is that it wasn’t enough toiletpaper or dishsoap.

Four floors, tastefully decorated, spacious enough for 4-5 people, the location is super convenient in the old town. The host is friendly and can offer suggestions for places and restaurants. One suggestion - you definitely have to wear earplugs when you sleep or be a VERY sound sleeper. The home is located on a semi-noisy street corner, next to two very popular bars/restaurants. You will definitely hear people, cars, motorcycles, horse-drawn carriages, etc.

This was a perfect location. Directly in the heart of Palma. Everything what you need is around the corner. The house itself is renovated in the most beautiful way. The highlight is the rooftop terrace. But also the house is perfect. The owner created it like a small museum. A lot of artificial goods are stored in several areas of the house. And - if your car is not too big - you can park in the house. Very useful. I can recommand this to families up to 4-5 members and also to people who love to visit the island and stay in Palma for great food in the evening. Thanks for offering this house to us.
Veure mès Witzige Location „mitten drin“ In unmittelbarer Nähe zum Plaza Major erreicht mal alles zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten. Der Trubel hält allerdings auch des Nachts an ! Nichts für lärmempfindliche Gemüter ! Der Garagenplatz unten im Haus befreit einen von allen Parkplatzproblemen. Aber viel länger ein VW Golf oder Tiguan sollte das Auto nicht sein !!!

Veure mès Great location. Having a garage was great, even though it was a tight fit entering. The rooftop terrace was also very nice. There was an issue with the umbrella on the terrace, and the owner replaced it immediately. Beautiful house! Be aware there are three flights of stairs to the master bedroom, and another flight of stairs to the rooftop terrace. They were no problem for us, as we enjoyed all the facilities.
