Bonica casa per a 4 persones, situada a Es Portitxol, una acollidora urbanització pertanyent a la capital de l'illa, Palma de Mallorca, i a 190 metres del mar.
Aquesta fantàstica casa de poble de dues plantes, és perfecta per als amants de la gran ciutat. Compta amb una meravellosa terrassa, perfectament moblada perquè passin temps a l'aire lliure gaudint, per exemple, de rics esmorzars o unes riques barbacoes a l'aire lliure, sota la vela. A la nit també convida a organitzar una bona nit en tranquil·litat, sopant i prenent una copa de vi.
A l'interior, combinant un estil rústic i modern, els rep una àmplia estança que unifica la sala d'estar, amb la zona de menjador i la cuina. Al sofà, mentre els petits juguen al racó de jocs, poden descansar o veure la TV, acompanyats de l'estufa de llenya o de l'aire condicionat, segons l'època de l'any. La cuina, amb armaris alts i una gran illa amb vitroceràmica, és l'espai perfecte per cuinar tan a gust com a casa. Fins i tot, poden posar una mica de música mentre elaboren els seus plats preferits. La bugaderia compta amb rentadora, taula de planxar i planxa. Hi ha dos banys a la casa, un amb banyera en aquesta planta i un amb dutxa al pis de dalt, on a més hi ha les dues habitacions de la casa. Totes dues ofereixen llit de matrimoni, aire condicionat i armari. Finalment, hi ha disponibilitat per a un bressol i una trona.
L'allotjament es troba en una magnífica urbanització de Palma, Es Portixol. Es tracta d'un lloc familiar i tranquil però alhora molt animat, ja que compta amb molts bars i restaurants, supermercat, servei de bus i, el millor de tot, la platja a 190 metres o 2 minuts a peu. És una platja petita situada al costat d'un petit port, de manera que després d'un dia de platja poden donar-se una dutxa i un passeig veient els vaixells i les llums de nit. Després també poden desplaçar-se fins al centre de Palma i conèixer la seva impressionant casc antic.
Nota: Aquest lloguer no pot acceptar clients menors de 25 anys, excepte en casos en què es tracti d'una estada familiar. Necessitem còpies del DNI de cada persona per poder acceptar la reserva.

Veure mès We were two couples, in town for a conference. The apartment was in a perfect location - away from the crowds but less then a ten minute walk to the Congress Centre. It was also only a short walk to the beach, port, restaurants and grocery store. Just a word of caution about the coffee table as it has pieces that stick several inches out at all four corners and we we’re constantly hitting into then. Other than that it is a wonderful place and we highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. It was right acros from a supermarket so we could easily buy our grocery every day. The house is located right between two beautiful beaches that were easy and fast to reach. We stayed there as a family of 4; two adults and two children ( 9 and 6 years old) and the house was perfect for us. Clean and well kept with a big kitchen with everything we needed in it. We cooked almost every day. The area is very clean, safe and quiet. The bus station was just 20 steps from our door so we could easyli drive to Palma any time we wanted. The contact wirh the host was always easy, pleasent and fast. There were no wishes left open sonthank you very much for everything. We would definetly return to this location again and again.
Veure mès positivo: Property was large for our party of 3, clean and had everything we required. Shop across the road and bus to city centre right outside. Some lovely restaurants and walks at the location. negativo: Beds were bit hard, very thin mattress. Only downside.
Veure mès The owner warmly welcomed us! The property is within walking distance of the beach and nice restaurants and the supermarket can be found opposite. The bus stop is also nearby, if you want to visit the hustle and bustle of Palma.

Stunning place to stay beautiful garden loads of sunKitchens amazing having two bathrooms was also fabulous clean and tidy and homely even something for the kids! Cleaning room was fab too all in all the prefect stay and only 20 mins into main palma by walking

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Haus ist mit Liebe dekoriert und bietet genug Platz für vier Personen. Die Terrasse lädt abends zum gemütlichen Beisammensein ein und das Meer ist auch nicht weit entfernt. Aufgrund eines kleinen Stromproblems am späten Abend konnte sofort ein Mitarbeiter der Verwaltung erreicht werden, der den Eigentümer des Hauses umgehend kontaktierte. Dieser war nach kurzer Zeit da und kümmerte sich um alles. Der Hausbesitzer ist ein netter, sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Mensch! Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden. Als kleiner Tipp empfiehlt sich noch ein weiteres Handtuch mitzubringen. Ansonsten auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!!
Veure mès All you need is in the house, and its close to the beaches, supermarket and some restaurants, about 30 min walk to city center (so we rented bikes). In our opinion could have been cleaned better (especially the dish washer which we closed very quickly and never used), and a bit outdated. After entering we immediately got the impression its just commercial use. For the rest no complaints.

Loved our stay here. Great location, with a grocery store right across the street, multiple great cafes and food locations within a 5 minute radius, and a beautiful beach just a short walk away. The owners were lovely, they brought us a bottle of wine and local bites as a welcome gift when we checked in. The only thing that I could critique would be the check in time being a bit late at 1800 earliest. We did have to lug suitcases around for a good portion of the day. But overall, highly recommend this place. Thank you!

Nice and comfy house, everything worked very well including the communication with the hosts. Great place to stay if you want to be in Palma but not the city center!

The house is really well located in Portixol which is a really nice area in Palma. The house is also great for family with kids and has a nice terrace. The living room is unfortunately a bit dark. Given the locations and the space in the house it offers a good price value off season (we were there the first week of November).
Veure mès Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Lage, es ist alles vorhanden, sehr schön eingerichtet und liegt optimal für E-Biker. Wir (2 Paare) haben es sehr genossen morgens auf der Terrasse zu frühstücken und den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Ideal auch der Supermarkt und Bäcker um die Ecke. Jederzeit gerne wieder.
Veure mès Schöne Unterkunft. Sehr gute Lage - indirekter Nähe sind ein großer Supermarkt, Restaurants und Bars. Palma ist fußläufig in 20 min (Kathedrale) über die schöne Promenade zu erreichen. Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Die Unterkunft besticht durch die tolle Lage und die Gastfreundschaft des Vermieters. Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet (tolle Küche!) und im Sommer sicherlich auch schön, wenn man die Terrasse mit Grill nutzen kann (bei uns leider noch zu kühl). Kommen gerne wieder.
Veure mès We came for hiking and sightseeing in low-season and the accommodation was perfect for us: - in walking distance to the city center (15-20 min) - short drive to the main road out of Palma when exploring the island by car - food store open till 21:30 just across the street - good breakfast options - bakery or cafe 2-5 minutes - quiet neighborhood - equipped kitchen and coffee machine :) The owner was really kind and came personally to say hello (along with a small welcome gift) and good bye.

Our little daughter extremely enjoyed playing with the little toy kitchen! Location of the appartment is excellent, in the hip and vibrating area of Portixol with nice cafes, bars and restaurants. At the same time direct surrounding of the appartment is not noisy. The sea is a two minutes walk away, a big Supermarket 200 m, close by. Busstation 20 m from the appartment. The appartment has everything needed and feels warm and cozy, beautiful terrace and barbecue grill. In short: Very good appartment in an amazing location. We will be back for sure! Tutustumisen arvoinen paikka. Palvelut lähellä ja kaupungin keskusta sekä nähtävyydet lähellä. Taksi/bussi pysäkki aivan huoneiston vieressä.
Ein Gastgeber wie im Bilderbuch. Wir durften die Familie persönlich kennenlernen. Bereits zur Begrüßung wurden wir herzlich empfangen mit kalten Getränken und landestypischer Kost. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche übrig, selbst Kinderbett und Kinderstuhl wurden gestellt. Ein toller „Patio“ für schöne Abende, Klimaanlage in allen Zimmern, ein Park mit Spielplatz, Supermarkt und natürlich den Strand von Portixol vor der Tür. Die Schlüsselübergabe wurde direkt am Flughafen organisiert und war problemlos. Wir wollen ganz schnell wiederkommen:-)
Veure mès Perfect! The communication before was very easy and fast. We got the code for the key box at the airport from "homerti" - a real estate management, which is working together with Villafinca. The appartment was clean and with a nice interior. The kitchen is well equipped, cooking on his own is no problem. One highlight is the terrace where you are undisturbed from the outside. There is also a possibility to make a BBQ. The appartment has a kind of washing room for clothes with a washing machine, a dryer and a possibilty to hang it for drying. 1 min by foot is a big supermarket where you get everything, even fresh fish! You reach the beach after 3 min by foot, to Palma you need around 10-15min. The owner also apeared to welcome us and brought us a typical majorcan cake- thank you for this! All in all we would definitely come again and recommend the stay :)
