Lovely apartment for 6 people in a holiday resort on the beach of Oliva.
The apartment is inside a larger complex where you can find everything you need to spend incredible holidays. Outside, there is a 3.5 x 6 m covered communal pool with a water depth of up to 1.3 m. The pool is kept clean with chlorine. In the common area you will find sun loungers, parasols, tables and chairs. The complex has a barbecue area and a wood-burning stove in the communal dining area. The apartment itself has a private, furnished terrace ideal for breakfast or dinner with friends and family.

In the comfortable living - dining room with open kitchen you will immediately feel at home. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and all the necessary utensils you need for cooking. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 with 2 single beds, the other one with 1 double bed. Both are equipped with one wardrobe and 1 fan. In the passage to the bedrooms there is a niche with a bunk bed for 2 more people. A bathroom with bathtub is accessible to all residents. On request, a baby cot and high chair can be provided. There is a communal laundry room with 4 washing machines.

Oliva is located in a privileged area of ​​the Valencian Mediterranean, with a large beach of fine golden sand and shallow water. In addition to the beach and watersports, you can enjoy golf, hiking or cycling to enjoy the sea and mountain landscapes from the highest points. In the village that is 3.5 km away you can find all the services you need for an independent stay.
