Welcome to this wonderful apartment with communal pool and beautiful views in Puerto de Alcúdia. It has capacity for 2 + 2 guests.
In the shared saltwater pool that measures 12 x 4.50 meters and which depth ranges from 1.4 to 2 meters, you can cool off after spending the day at the beach. There is also a children's pool of 4.50 x 4.50 meters and with a 0.60 meters depth. Residents can use the sun loungers and parasols in the garden. The comfortable terrace in the apartment boasts wonderful views of the sea and the canal.

The apartment is on the first floor of the building without a lift and is basically equipped. The dining room has TV-sat, and AC. The kitchenette in the same space has a ceramic hob. In the bedroom there are twin beds and AC and the 2 extra guests can sleep on the sofa beds in the living room. There is a bathroom with shower. If you are travelling with your baby we will provide you with a cot and a high chair.

This apartment is the perfect destination to spend the best sun and beach vacations. The beach is very close to the apartment, it has fine white sand and its spectacular waters are turquoise. You can practice water sports or simply stroll along several kilometers of sandy beach. Near the apartment you will find everything you need for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc.
