Welcome to this lovely apartment for 4+1 guests in a residential complex on the island south, near Sa Rapita
You will have access to a beautiful, communal area with a 42 x 19 m pool (depth: 0.9 m to 1.4 m), a children's pool (0.5 m deep), sun loungers, sun umbrellas, a playground, a spacious garden area, a gym and a sauna, free of charge. You'll be informed about the opening hours of the gym and the sauna on site.

All apartments of this category have 80 m2, are located either on the first floor or on the ground floor and feature a porch or a terrace with pool views.

The interior is nicely decorated and will make you feel at home from the first moment. There are 2 twin bedrooms, one of them with bathroom en-suite with bath tub. Apart of this private bathroom, there is another shower bath. We can supply a cot and a high chair in case you need them. Furthermore, there is a comfortable extra bed for a 5th person.

In the sitting-dining area with satellite-TV and fully-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob you can relax and prepare snacks and meals for your family. You will have access to a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The whole apartment is air conditioned.

The apartments are located in a quiet and beautiful residental area El Paraiso, very close to the Mallorcan south coast and Sa Rapita, a charming seaside town. Along the coast you will find lovely, fine grained sand beaches as Platja de Sa Rapita, Ses Covetes and Es Trenc, well known for its crystalline waters and white sand. In Sa Rapita there are many bars, restaurants, supermarkets and Sailing Club, which has a bar with incredible views.

Sa Ràpita belongs to the municipality of Campos (12 km), where you will many services. It is only 37km from the airport away. There is a fruit and vegetable market every Thursday and another local market with any kind of products every Saturday. Don’t miss them! If you like cities, you cannot miss a visit to Palma! There you will find lots of services, cultural offer and a great variety of shops. Get lost on the tiny street of the Mediterranean Pearl!

Note: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
