Beautiful and modern apartment with shared pool, close to the beach in Oliva Nova. It has capacity for 4 or 5 guests.
Shared areas are very well equipped including all you may need to spend a great vacation. You will find an ample green area with trees and sunbeds where the main protagonist is the pool. It is a chlorine pool sizing 17x6 metres while its depth goes from 0.5 to 1.90 metres. There is a second pool outside sizing 9x6 metres and with a 1.20 metres depth. Both have an integrated children pool area for the little ones to enjoy. The complex also features an indoor heated pool to be able to swim also in the winter season. It is a chlorine pool sizing 10x4 metres and with a 1.20 metres depth. You can also use the sport facilities with gym and paddel court. So, no excuses to get fit this vacation!!

The ample and luminous apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building with a lift. A great furnished terrace with garden and pool views, where you can enjoy the fabulous Mediterranean weather. Inside, a great open concept space accommodates the living and the dining room as well as the kitchen. The living room offers a comfortable sofa to sit and rest and watch TV. The dining table has room for 6 people. The kitchen offers the basic equipment to cook during your vacation: ceramic top, oven, microwave,... There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are two spacious and luminous bedrooms to rest in this apartment. The 1st one features a double bed, closet and en-suite shower bathroom. The 2nd one has twin beds and a closet. The extra guest can sleep in the sofa bed of the living room. If you are travelling with a baby a cot and a high chair are also available on request. A second shower bathroom completes the equipment.

In Oliva Nova you will find all you mau need for an independent and unforgettable stay. You will have all services like shops, supermarkets and restaurants. the beach is very near, a golden sand beach with crystalline and calm waters where you can enjoy the sun, the great weather, water sports,... The area counts with several itineraries and routes ideal for cyclist and hikers. The historical centre is also worth a visit to get lost among its streets and discover the gastronomy of this area.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

There is community shared wifi service.
Pool opening hours: from 9 am to 11 pm, the whole year.
Gym and paddel court opening hours: from 10 am to 9 pm.

Pets are not allowed.
