Welcome to this beautiful apartment in the centre of Port d’Alcúdia. It can accommodate up to 4 people.

There is a fully-furnished terrace, perfect for doing barbecues with family and friends and enjoying the Mediterranean breeze. The neighbours’ terraces are one next to the other, but each one has their own. The apartment has another terrace on the first floor overlooking the road, furnished with table and three chairs.

This 80 m2 apartment, located on the first floor without lift, has two double bedrooms. A cot is available on request. There is a bathroom with shower inside the apartment and one with bath in the basement, where you can also find the laundry room with washing machine. This area is close to the large terrace where the lemon tree and the barbecue are located.
In the living room, there is a sofa and an armchair where you can relax, read a book, watch satellite TV, etc. The living-dining room has air conditioning. The kitchen is separate and fully-equipped, with a gas cooker. There is washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The location of this apartment is perfect because everything you need is within walking distance: plenty of restaurants, cafes, shops, supermarkets, a taxi rank, a medical centre and a bus stop. The bus service covering the areas of Port de Pollença, Alcúdia, Port d’Alcúdia and Can Picafort has a frequency of every 15 minutes and there are bus lines covering other destinations such as Palma.
In Port d’Alcúdia you will find lots of restaurants serving various types of food: fresh fish, excellent meat, pizza and pasta, sushi, tapas, tasting menus and Majorcan cuisine. If you just want a snack you can go to any of the many bars and cafes. In the area there are also many clothes shops, souvenir shops, groceries, etc. The biggest and nearest supermarket is located in the road connecting Port d’Alcúdia and the town of Alcúdia, close to a petrol station.
You can easily get to other beaches like Platges de Muro, Can Picafort, Platja de Formentor, Port de Pollença, Son Serra de Marina, etc., by car or by bus. The old towns of Alcúdia and Pollença, with their cobbled streets, are worth visiting. Pollença is famous for the Calvary (El Calvari), a church on top of a hill that you can access by climbing 365 steps, one for every day of the year. Once there, the views are spectacular. Sunday is market day in Pollença. The town of Alcúdia of Roman origin, with magnificent streets, squares and walls, holds a market in the main square every Tuesday and Sunday morning, where you can buy all kinds of textiles, food and local products. We especially recommend a visit to the archaeological remains, which include a Roman amphitheatre.

NOTE: The rent for this property is regulated by Spanish Law 29/1994 (24 November), concerning urban leases, by which the property is available for use during the holiday season. Under this contract, the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourism services, only temporary transfer of use and enjoyment of the property.
