Enjoy a refreshing bath in this fantastic chlorine shared pool sizing 20 x 11 metres and with a depth from 1.5 to 1.9 metres. You can also wash off the sand at the outside shower and remain fresh to go on revelling in the Mediterranean weather,

The apartment is located on the 8th floor of a building with elevator and has 48 m2. It features and ample living - dining room where you can have a rest and watch TV while refreshing with the air conditioning. The dining area has capacity for 4 people. A bar communicates this room with the kitchen, which counts with a ceramic hob and the basic stuff to cook during your holidays. The is an only double bed bedroom to rest in the house, and it includes a wardrobe and a fan for the hottest nights. The sofa in the living room turns into a sofa bed for the extra people. A shower bathroom gives service to the whole accommodation. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and a high chair are also available. A washing machine, an iron and an ironing board complete the equipment.

The apartment is very near the beach, so it is ideal for families, and the area has all services for an independent stay. The beaches of Gandía feature 7 km of white sandy coast for long walks. Their crystalline waters invite to take long swims on the hottest days. You can visit several nearby beaches like Platja del Nord, with all services like restaurants, leisure and water and beach sports; Platja de l'Ahuir, a quiet beach; or you can even go to the Platja Nudista, or get lost at the La Platja de Rafalcaid. An you can visit the street market on Sunday afternoon.
