This is a stylish apartment 140 meters from the beach in Puerto de Alcúdia, where 2 - 3 people can spend Mediterranean holidays.
The apartment features a small, furnished balcony where you can rest on two garden chairs, sharing a bottle of wine. The balcony overlooks the neighborhood. You can start your day with a refreshing bath in the sea, which is just a few minutes walking. So, grab your towel and enjoy a day on the beach!

The apartment is on the 1st floor in a building without lift and surprises with a fresh and modern equipment. The sitting-dining area counts with a sofa where three people can sit and a TV with satellite reception. The kitchenette is fitted with a small vitro hob, small fridge, microwave, cutlery and some crockery. There's a twin bedroom with wardrobe, where you can rest after a nice day on the beach. If you come with your baby, we can supply a cot and a high chair. The sofa in the living area is a single sofa bed where 1 guest, preferably a kid, can sleep. There's a washing machine and an iron with ironing board. A bathroom with shower, mirror and washbasin completes the equipment.

The location of the apartment is a dream come true. The fine grained sand beach, restaurants, a taxi stand, the bus station and shops are nearby; so no car is needed. The beach of Puerto de Alcúdia is just 140 meters away and it's very family-friendly. You can rent sun loungers and parasols at the beach, for a charge. Alcúdia old town is a charming town with cobbled streets and a picturesque center. On Sunday and Tuesday takes place the market where fresh fruits and vegetables, clothes and much more is offered.
