This accommodation is located in a semi-basement, which is accessed by going down some stairs from a shared entrance with the owner, who resides in the main house.
Inside, the flat offers an open-plan space that integrates kitchen, living room and dining room, designed to guarantee a functional stay. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils that will allow you to prepare your favourite dishes. The dining area has a main table to enjoy your meals and the living room has a double sofa bed and air conditioning, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. There is also a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and has no windows. There is a bathroom with shower to complete the stay. Please note that there is no cot or highchair available.

The beaches of La Costilla and El Rompidillo are perfect for sunbathing or cycling to Costa Ballena, a protected natural area that combines dunes, pine forests and tranquillity.
