Welcome to Lagoon Center! It is a fantastic apartments complex for 2 adults + 2 children (up to 12 years), with communal pool, located at only 900 meters from Puerto de Alcúdia beach.
This magnificent apartments complex offers ideal community facilities to spend a memorable vacation. Among these, it has a great chlorine pool, 22 x 11 m and 0.8 to 1.8 m depth, with integrated children’s pool, gym, terrace-bar, etc. Furthermore, the beach is at only 900 meters!

Once you accommodate yourself to the apartment, you will enjoy pleasant moments at the balcony, either reading a book either simply contemplating the views in calm. Inside, there is a beautiful kitchen-living-dining room equipped with ceramic cooktop, a table with chairs and 2 sofas to watch TV-SAT (15 English channels and 1 German channel) or rest. Then, you also have a dormitory with two single beds, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower. Likewise, uniquely on request, it is possible to accommodate up to two children (up to 12 years) on the two individual sofa-beds of the living-room as well. There are a cot and a high chair available. There is also ducted air conditioning (only cold air).

The apartments belonging to balcony category are located between the 1st and the 5th floor.
These apartments also have wifi, whose information you will be informed at the reception.
Services per week: 5 cleanings, 3 towels changes and 2 linens changes.
Take into account that there is not washing machine nor laundry service, but there is a laundry company in its nearby.
On request at reception you can have an iron, ironing board and hairdryer.

Puerto de Alcúdia is the perfect destination for those who love paradisiacal beaches with crystal-clear waters and white sand, good restaurants, bars, ice-cream parlours, cafeterias, shops, etc., since in high season this place is full of life and it is everything accessible by foot.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
