Welcome to this excellent apartment located in a residential complex in Gandia. It sleeps 6 people.
The outdoor spaces are beautiful, with an 11-meter chlorinated pool, minimum depth 2 m rising to 1.4 m. There is also a children's pool, tennis court, basketball court and gardens, among other facilities.

This 86 m² apartment, situated on the 10th floor with lift, has three bedrooms; one double with full en-suite bathroom, and two singles. A cot is available on request. In addition to the en-suite bathroom, there is one bathroom with a shower that serves the whole apartment.

The living-dining room is cosy, has an area with a dining table and chairs and large windows with beautiful views, and there is a sofa, an armchair, a table and a TV. The separate kitchen with vitro-ceramic hob is fully-equipped. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

Any time of year is perfect to visit Gandia Beach with its great location and enviable weather. Gandia's beaches have seven kilometers of coast with fine white sand which is a pleasure to walk along, and crystal clear water to cool the hot summer days. You can enjoy the Platja del Nord with its three-kilometer Neptune Promenade, where you can take long walks by the sea and discover food, entertainment and leisure amenities (including a sports club on the sands). The Platja de L'Ahuir is a quieter beach and if a naturist style appeals, try the Platja nudist area. Or you can lose yourself in the charm of the Platja de Rafalcaid. On Sunday afternoon you can go to the market with its wide range and interesting stalls.

If you like nature you must visit the Ullal de L'Estany, one of the springs that feed the marsh of Gandia. Its fresh water comes from the nearby mountains and emerges from the ground next to the Alquería (farmhouse) del Duc.

You might also enjoy the Route of the Monasteries that runs through the central regions of Valencia joining five former convents and monasteries, where you can visit the Duke's Palace.

And if there is time to enjoy more of Valencia you have the fine modern area of the city including the Museum of Arts and Sciences, the Oceanogràfic (oceanarium) or the area´s best amusement park, the Terra Mítica, in Benidorm.
