Excellent quiet location in a small well maintained complex. Pool area is well kept. Car needed to get to beach & shops with ease, but we also walked on occasion.

Welcome to this cozy apartment for 4 people in Calahonda. It is located in a residential area next to the golf course and offers a refreshing community pool.
NOTE: Due to the droughts in the area, the swimming pool will be closed in 2024.
The shared chlorine pool is perfect for cooling off after a day playing golf or at the beach. It sizes 16 x 8 meters and its depth ranges between 1 and 2.1 meters. It also has a 6x6 metres with a 0.4 metres depth children pool so that the little ones can enjoy the water too. The apartment has a fantastic terrace where you can have your meals alfresco with views of the sea in the distance.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of the complex and has a practical and cozy style, with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The living room is equipped with TV-sat, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Next you have the kitchen with a ceramic hob and the basic equipment for cooking. The separate laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms, the first with a double bed and ceiling fan and the second with twin beds, a ceiling fan and a TV-set. The bathroom in the house has a shower. Finally, we can provide you a cot and a high chair in case you are travelling with your baby.
The complex of this apartment is located in the residential, family and quiet area of Calahonda (Mijas) and offers beautiful views of the sea on the horizon. La Siesta golf course is just 600 meters away and Calahonda beach is 2.2 km away, although you can visit other nearby beaches such as Playa Cabopino or Playa Riviera.
You can park a vehicle inside the residential but the space is not guaranteed.

3 guests reviewed this property. positivo: Quiet complex with not too many apartments. Away from noise of the resort. Good sized pool with loungers to use. Even with youngish children we managed the walk down to the strip and also the beach restaurants. Taxis were cheap and easy enough to arrange when we didn't fancy the walk. negativo: Very small kitchen but still had everything we needed. We managed to cook a number of nights and also ate out quite a lot.
