Welcome to this lovely apartment for 6 guests in the first line in Playa de Gandia with a community pool and a tennis court.
The community outdoor areas of this apartment offer a chlorinated 19x10m-sized pool (1,10-1,90m deep), surrounded by a lawn, a shower to cool off after a beach day, a tennis court and a football camp. Besides, the apartment has a fantastic furnished terrace with beautiful views to the pool and the sea. To wake up in the morning and to have a breakfast in this atmosphere might be a perfect plan.

The interior space is decorated with a fresh flavour and has a cosy living-dining room with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a gas plate and all necessary utensils and of course, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are three bedrooms with a wardrobe each: one has a double bed and an access to the terrace, the other two bedrooms are twins.
The apartment offers 2 bathrooms, one of them is en-suite. A cot and a high chair as well as fans can be provided upon request.

The area of Playa de Gandía counts with everything you need during your stay: supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, markets and a huge variety of leisure activities. The over 7km long beach with fine white sand counts with lots of restaurants and different watersports, which will make your holiday unforgettable. If you wish to get away from hustle and bustle, visit Platja de Rafalcaid. On Sundays afternoon there is a local market with fresh products.

If you are a nature fan, go for an excursion to Ullal de L'Estany, one of the springs which nourish the Gandia marshland. Its fresh water come from the nearby mountains and emerge from the ground just next to the "Alquería del Duc".
