This simple and practical apartment with communal pool and views to the Playa de Gandía, accommodates up to 5-6 guests.
The outside area of this complex have a community chlorine pool of 16 x 7.5 m and a depth of 1 to 1.50 m, a children's pool of 4 x 4 m and a depth of 0.60 m, a large grass area and terrace. There is outdoor shower, ideal for showering after a day at the beach. If you do not want to give up practicing sport on your vacation, you have at your disposal a community tennis court.

The apartment counts with a large private terrace with beautiful sea views, where you can have breakfast with the family, make a rich barbecue or sunbathe on the two sun loungers, while reading a book or listening to music.

The apartment of about 76 m2 offers a comfortable living-dining room with TV, a well equipped kitchen with ceramic stove and breakfast bar, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with bathtub and one en-suite with shower. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and bathroom with shower, another has two single beds each, and the third has a trundle bed that will be prepared for the 6th guest. If you are travelling with a baby, we can provide a cot and highchair on request. There are three electric radiators available for colder days. In an independent washroom you can find a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

All the year is ideal for visiting Playa de Gandia, due to its fantastic location and enviable weather. It has about 7 kilometers of white and fine sand coast, so the walks will be a pleasure. Their crystalline waters will attract you on the hot summer days. You can also enjoy the Platja de L'Ahuir, or a Platja de Rafalcaid, a quiet beautiful beaches. On Sunday afternoons, we recommend you visit the flea market where you will find a great variety of items.

Note: No reservations of group of young people, under 27 years are accepted (except when children are accompanied by their parents). We need copies of each person's ID to accept the reservation.

The swimming pool is open from 1 June to 30 September. Its schedule is from 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
The tennis court is open all year round at the same time.
