Welcome to this charming apartment situated in a residential complex of Playa de Gandia. It has capacity for 6 people.
The community area of the residential complex is very beautiful, has a chlorine pool of 18m x 10m with a minimum depth of 1.10m and maximum of 1.90m There is also a children's pool.

The apartment, of 90 m2 located on a second floor with elevator, has 3 bedrooms, a bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds. If you are traveling with a baby we will provide you a cot and a highchair. There is a bathroom with bathtub and a toilet.

The living room is very cozy with two sofas, a small table, a TV and a big table with chairs. The independent kitchen with a ceramic hob will offer you all you need to cook your delicious dishes. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

There is a furnished terrace overlooking the garden and pool, where you can spend evenings together.

In Gandía you can enjoy your vacation, waking up by listening the beautiful sound of the waves of the sea and, just wake up having the sea just in front of you.

The situation of the apartment is nearly perfect . You will everything you could need within a few minutes walking distance: restaurants, supermarkets, medical center, etc. The nice sandy beach is very quiet and clean. There you can rent umbrellas and sunbeds, as well as doing activities such as windsurfing, renting pedal boats or just enjoying playing beach volleyball.

Note: This rental can not accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of each person's ID to accept the reservation.
