Welcome to this charming apartment for 5 guests, with a shared swimming pool, located in a quiet area at Playa de Gandía.
This traditional apartment disposes of a chlorine 15m x 8m shared swimming pool, with a deph ranging that goes from 1.60m to 2.10m and an external shower, ideal for enjoying the sun to the maximum. There is a private terrace where you can enjoy a delicious meal.

You will find a traditional dining- room, with a TV and air conditioning, open to an equipped vitro hub kitchen, with all the necessary amenities to prepare your favourite dishes.
The property disposes of three bedrooms: the first one with a double bed and a bathroom en suite with a bath, the second one with two single beds and the third has a single bed. There is also a shared second bathroom with a bath. if you travel with your baby, we will provide you a cot and a high chair. There is an independent room with a washing machine, an iron and an iron board. During the winter, you will have two radiatiors at your service.

Any time of the year is perfect to visit Playa de Gandía, due to the fantastic location and weather. You will be able to enjoy 7km of white and thin sand coast, wich makes walks so lovely, and swimming into the crystalized water such a pleasure. You will enjoy Playa del Nord and all its services like restaurants and bars, entertainment and activities. If you preffer a quiet beach, then visit Playa de L'Ahuir or if you want to get lost and totally disconnect, we highly recommend Playa de Rafalcaid.

For nature lovers, you can enjoy a fantastic picnic day at Ullal de L'Estany, one of the gorgeous springs from Gandía, where you will relax contemplating the ducks that live there. The fresh water comes from the mountains around and appear from the undersoil located beside Alquería del Duc.
