This apartment i son a first floor in a building with elevator and it has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with twin beds. There is also a comfy sofa bed in the living for two extra people if necessary. There is a full bathroom.

In the spacious living room there is a dining table with chairs, a sofa and a TV. There are radiators and one fan available. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need to make you feel like if you were at home. There are also washing machine, iron and ironing board.

From the furnished balcony you can get to see the sea; you will love having breakfast at the sunshine! The communal pool is 8 x 3 meters large; the perfect space to have fun with the whole family.

The location of this property is absolutely perfect as the beach is only 80 meters away and nearby you will find shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Daimus has a clean and quiet beach that offers several water sports. During summer nights there is a little market where artisans offer their products. You will also find leisure offer the little ones.

The historical and lively city of Gandia is only 10 minutes’ drive. In Oliva Nova you will find a golf course and an equestrian centre. If you like trekking, Montgo Natural Park is a ‘must’ in your holiday plan; in only 20 minutes by car you will get to the perfect place for climbing and walking routes.
