This wonderful apartment with mountain views welcomes 8 guests.
Outside this spectacular property you will find a large communal garden with sun loungers so you can relax in the sun and enjoy the warm Mediterranean climate. Enjoy a delicious barbecue in the company of your loved ones and spend time together on the terrace, which has a nice and comfortable sofa where you can extend your evenings. Please note that as this is an apartment there are neighbours nearby, so privacy is partial.

The apartment is on the first floor and all rooms are on this floor. Inside, a spacious living-dining room equipped with AC and TV will be the ideal place to spend a pleasant time with your companions. The kitchen, with ceramic hob, has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. When it's time to sleep, you can use any of the 4 bedrooms available. Three of them have access to the terrace. The first one has an AC and a double bed, the second one also has a double bed and the other two have two single beds. Two bathrooms with shower complete the stay. You will be able to use the fans, washing machine, iron and ironing board that you will find in the accommodation. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.

Puerto de Alcúdia is a coastal town in the north of Mallorca, with a wide range of tourist attractions and a large number of places of interest. We recommend you to visit its famous white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters or the natural park of La Albufera which is the largest on the island, making it a must for nature lovers, as you will be able to see a great variety of birds and local fauna. Twice a week the town hosts one of the biggest markets in Mallorca, where you can buy fresh produce, handicrafts and local clothing.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
