The apartment is on the first floor of the building (without elevator) and offers a large fully-equipped terrace where you can also sunbathe on two sunbeds or enjoy a delicious breakfast before leaving to discover this beautiful area of Mallorca.

The interior of the modern apartment is luminous and comfortable. The living - dining room will allow you to rest while watching the satellite TV and cool off with the air conditioning. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and has a ceramic hob. In the house there is also a laundry area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The apartment offers two bedrooms with AC where our guests can rest, one with a double bed and the other with a cot. The modern bathroom of the house has a shower.

Capdepera is a historical jewel in the island of Mallorca. A visit to its castle and walled enclosure is a must. The town offers all the services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. In addition, the area is full of beautiful beaches that will allow you to fully enjoy the Mediterranean: Cala Agulla, Sa font de sa Cala or Canyamel. Apart from the beach, you can take an excursion to the Artà caves or spend a day playing golf on the Capdepera Golf course.
