The accommodation is very functional and cosy since it welcomes you with a luminous air-conditioned stay that unifies the living room with both the dining room and the kitchen. Right here, you have a comfortable sofa and two arm-chairs to rest or simply to sit down and chat a little bit, a dining table for up to three dining guests, TV-SAT and an open kitchen with ceramic cooktop and everything necessary to cook as if you were at home. The laundry is independent and is provided with washing machine, iron and ironing board. In terms of your rest, there is a dormitory featuring a double bed as well as a wardrobe. Likewise, there is also space to allocate a cot and a high chair. To sum up, the house is completed with a shower bathroom.

The location is privileged, not only because of having an impressive and paradisiacal beach of crystal-clear waters and fine sand right in front, but because of all the essential services accessible by feet and in a moment as, for instance, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and even beach bars and discos where to have a drink at night after dinner. Moreover, in high season there is a bus that runs frequently, every 15 minutes, to take you to the nearby villages such as Alcúdia, where on Sundays there is a street market, or Can Picafort. Other must-do beaches and coves are Cala Sant Vicenç or Puerto Pollença.
