Ideal for 6 guests, this modern and beautiful apartment is located about 950 meters from the beach of Gandía.
The coast will make your stay an unforgettable experience, you will be able to enjoy daily the salty waters, the fine sand and the soft sea breeze during the short walk from the house to the beach. The apartment, with two floors, offers a cozy private terrace where you can relax enjoying a cup of tea or coffee.

When entering the property, you will find a spacious and beautiful open space with air conditioning, this area unifies the kitchen, the dining room and a beautiful living room with a comfortable sofa to watch TV or take a well-deserved rest. The practical kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine and, under previous request, a blender and a kettle. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower located on the main floor and another with a bathtub on the top floor. You can also find three bedrooms with wardrobe, one with two single beds and a fan on the lower floor, and two other upstairs. In these last two, there is one room with a double bed and air conditioning, and the other with two single beds. In case you travel with n infant, we will provide a cot and a high chair in one of the rooms.

The beach of Gandia is extraordinary since it is a long oasis of golden sand, blue waters and has all the services you may need, such as beach parasols and hammocks, bars, watersports and a large promenade with all kind of restaurants , shops, ice cream parlours and much more. The harbour and the yacht club, as well as the old town of Gandía, surely deserve a visit.

Note: This rental can not accept clients under 27 years old, except in cases where they travel accompanied by their parents. We may require ID copies of all travellers in order to be able to accept the reservation.
