Wonderful apartment with shared pool, located next to the beach of Oliva Nova, offering accommodation for 4 to 5 people.
The common areas of this unique complex in front of the sea, are unbeatable. You will find an extensive garden with beautiful palm trees, surrounding an incredible chlorine pool of 20m x 10m and with a depth going from 0.60m to 1.80m deep. If after a morning enjoying the pool you decide to change over some endless waters, remember they are only a few steps away! On the way back, you can make use of the outdoor shower to rinse off the salt before going up to the apartment, located on the first floor.

The property has two private terraces with spectacular sea views that will amaze you during a nice breakfast or a beautiful dinner at sunset.

Inside, a large open space hosts the living room, the dining area and the kitchen. The living room has a comfortable sofa where you can sit and relax watching some television or listening to some on the CD player. In the kitchen, you will be able to cook some nice dishes in the ceramic hob while enjoying the beautiful seascape. There is a separate laundry area with a washing machine,an iron and an ironing board. There are two bathrooms, one with a bath and another with a shower. There are two bedrooms with a wardrobe, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed, space for a cot and a highchair, and direct access to the main terrace. You will reach the upper terrace, via the staircase in the living room. If a fifth guest is lodged, we will prepare an individual foldable bed. The whole house is provided with air conditioning.

Oliva Nova offers everything you may need to make your holiday unforgettable. From supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops of all kinds. The beach is stunning, not only for its extreme proximity, but for its majestic golden sand, its blue waters, waves and its climate. The area has several itineraries and routes ideal for cyclists and hiking enthusiasts. The historic center and its streets deserve to be visited, also we recommend enjoyig its gastronomy.

Note: This property can not accept clients under 28 years old, except in cases in which they travel accompanied by their parents. We may require ID copies from all the guests in order to be able to accept the reservation.

Swimming pool: available from June to September, from 9.00 to 14.00 and from 17.00 to 21.00.
There is outdoor parking space for one car.
Pets and holding of events are not allowed.
