Cosy apartment in Playa de Miramar, 250m away from the sea. It can adequately accommodate 3 guests.
Located on the ground floor of a building, at just three streets from the beach, this home becomes a good destination for the sun, sand and salty water lovers. This beautiful mediterranean retreat will delight you for sure. You can swim in the sea every time you wish so or take an ice-cream while you go for a walk at the seashore.

This 40m2 apartment offers a nice sitting-dining room, with a/c, which is open to the kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. The fact that the living, the dining room and the kitchen are all in the same room is absolutely perfect as you can not only watch the TV or eat all together, but you can also sit at the table or on the sofa and chat with the family chefs while they prepare a delicious dish. There is a gas countertop, an oven, and a spacious bar. Regarding the bedrooms, one of them has a double bed and wardrobe, and the other one has a bunk bed. Two fans, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board complete the equipment.

The playa de Miramar is a calm beach, which is characterized by it’s fine and golden sand. In town you can find everything you need for a pleasant stay, like groceries, clothes shops, good bars and traditional food restaurants. In fact, crossing towards the beach, at the seashore, there is a restaurant where you can savour our typical paella. The Parque Natural de Montgó is located on the south of the coast. It is a visit worth as it is a wonderful place to practice some cycling or hiking. Puerto de Gandia and the Faro de Cullera are set on the north, in case you wish to visit these places.
