This nice terraced house with pool and garden in Sa Rapita,in the south of Mallorca, welcomes 5 people.
Located in a quiet urbanization, this lovely property offers a furnished, private terrace and a garden with artificial lawn, where you will be able to have a tasty BBQ or enjoy the good weather. Thanks to the awning, you can enjoy shade while eating outside. Depending on the season, you can earn fresh fruits from the orange tree in the garden.

You will have access to a communal, 20 m x 18 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 0.5 m to 1.4 m and an exterior shower. Your kids will have fun in the fenced, communal children’s pool.

This modern, one-storey house features a bright sitting-dining area with A/C and satellite-TV, where you will feel like home from the very first moment. The open kitchen with vitro hob is functional and fully-equipped.

Regarding the sleeping facilities, there is one double bedroom and another bedroom with one bunk bed with trundle bed. The first bedroom offers a bathroom en-suite with bath tub and access to a private, 12 m2 terrace. Apart of the bathroom en-suite, there is a shower bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with A/C and electric radiators, so you will feel comfortable during the summer as well as during the winter. The washer, iron and ironing board are located in the bath. If you travel with a baby, we can prepare a cot and a high chair. A second cot is available for a small charge and upon request.

Located in the quiet urbanization El Paraiso, this propert is only a few minutes’ drive from the beautiful sand beach Sa Rapita. Furthermore, in Sa Rapita you will find all necessary amenities for your stay like a supermarket and restaurants. The south of Mallorca has many wonderful beaches with crystal clear water and dreamlike landscapes. A few kilometers away is the natural beach Es Trenc, a fine grained sand beach protected by the dunes. There is a beach bar where they sometimes have live music and where you can enjoy stunning sunsets.

Colonia de Sant Jordi is a small fishing village where you can make a nice boat excursion to the natural park of Cabrera. Normally, this boats stop in the Cueva Azul, a cave with crystal clear, blue waters and where you can practice snorkeling. The natural park Mondragó in the south-east of Mallorca is a protected area with two sand beaches.


Note: The rent of this property is based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban rentals, for which the property will be available for the seasonal use. This contract does not offer any kind of tourist services to the renter and only consists of the grant of use and enjoyment of property.

This home does not accept groups of young people (under 25 years). We need copies of the ID of each person to accept the booking.
