This lovely apartment in Denia is situated in a residential area with communal pool and welcomes 4 guests.
The shared chlorine pool is open from June to September, has a size of 16 m x 9 m and a depth ranging from 1.2 m to 1.8 m and is surrounded by a communal garden and an exterior shower. Your kids will enjoy playing in the children's pool with a depth of 0.6 m. If you wish to play paddle, there is a paddle court, but please bring your own racquets and balls. This nice apartment is located on the first floor, but the house number indicates number two.

The private terrace is a nice corner to start your day with a large breakfast. The bright sitting-dining room with A/C and the fully-equipped kitchen with vitro hob will make you feel at home from the first moment. Furthermore, there is a washer, an iron and an ironing board.

This lovely apartment is ideal for four guests, offering a double bedroom with bathroom en-suite and another with trundle bed, perfect for two children. Both are fitted with A/C and wardrobe. Additionally, there is a shower bathroom.

The gravel beach of Almadrava is quiet and nice for practising water sports. A walk to the natural area Reserva Marina de Cabo de San Antonio leads past the coast. The city of Denia has everything you may need for your self-catering holidays, like supermarkets and restaurants. The Municipal Market takes place from 07:00h to 14:00h, from Monday to Saturday and there you can buy fresh fruits, vegetables, meats and knick knacks. In the Lonja De Pescado you can observe the homecoming fishing boats, every day from 15:30h to 17:00h. Afterwards, the fisherman offer fresh sea food and fish in the market hall. But Denia not only has fresh food and beaches, but also interesting monuments like the Castle of Denia and the nearby natural park Montgó, where you will be able to hike and cycle.
