Welcome to this comfortable apartment with shared pool and capacity from 2 to 5 people in Dénia with views to the Montó Mountains.
Outside you will enjoy a beautiful shared chlorine pool that sizes 20 x 10 meters and has a depth from 0.5 to 1.9 meters. It is surrounded by a gardened area where enjoying the summer weather in a quiet and relaxing environment. The lovely private terrace is ideal for a cup of wine in the evening of breakfasts admiring the views.

This 36 m2 two-storey apartment is located on the second floor of a building without elevator. On the ground floor, living - dining room and kitchen share the space. You will rest or watch TV on the sofa. By the sofa, the dining table with capacity for 4 people. Then the Kitchener, with ceramic hob and the basic tool to cook in your vacation. The bedroom is on the first floor, open to the stairs and to the ground floor, and counting with a closet and room enough for a cot. The extra guests will rest on sofa beds in the living room (doble sofa bed) and the bedroom (single sofa bed). The apartment is completed with the bathtub bathroom. In the house you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board, as well as a cot and a highchair for a baby.

The apartment is in Dénia, where there is a lot to see and visit. Apart from the beautiful beaches and coves like the so called Las Rotas, it counts with a beautiful village centre where the muslim castle predominates, and also the San Antonio Church. You can also pay visit to the natural park of Marjal de Pego Oliva or got to Gandía. The accommodation is in a quiet location with all needed services for an independent stay, including supermarkets, shops, restaurants, terraces where you can have a cocktail in the evening.
