Beautiful and comfortable apartment with shared pool very close to the beach welcomes 6 people in Oliva Nova
The shared pool is the perfect place to relax after a complete beach day. It is a chlorine pool and it sizes 14x16 metres while its depth goes from 0.8 to 1.90 metres. The community areas also offer a children pool sizing 6x3 metres with a 0.1 metres depth for the delight of the little ones. Around the pool you will find a green lawn area to spread the towels and sunbathe, as well as a comfortable exterior shower to wash off the sea salt and the beach sand. The apartment is located on the ground floor and it counts with its own terrace open to the shared garden. It is a great place to have breakfast in the morning or have a drink in the afternoon, and it is also protected by an awning. The urbanisation is fenced and there are neighbours around.

The apartment has 71 m2 in just one floor and it is characterised by ample and luminous spaces and current furniture. When you enter you find a great space shared by the living room, the dining room and the kitchen. The living room presents a comfortable sofa to relax and watch TV while refreshing with the air conditioning. The dining table has capacity for 6 people. The kitchen is separated by a bar and it has the basic equipment to cook during your vacation: a ceramic top, a microwave and an electric oven among others. The accommodation also features a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are 3 bedroom to rest in this apartment. The first one has a double bed, closet and an en-suite shower bathroom. The second one has two twin beds and a closet as well as the third and last bedroom. Another bathtub bathroom completes the apartament, and one electric radiator and one fan complete the equipment. if you are travelling with your baby we provide with a cot and a high chair on request.

Oliva Nova is a touristic location in the South-East of the province of Valencia. You will find all needed services to enjoy an independent stay. the nearby beach is perfect to practice water sports like windsurf, kayak, paddle surf,... and it is characterised by it fine sand and its crystalline waters. You can also discover the town centre, have a walk along the beach, taste its fabulous gastronomy, get to the riu del Vedat area, practice horse riding or biking,... Fun never ends and your vacation will be unforgettable!!
