Cosy apartment for 4-5 people, located in a beautiful residential in Oliva Nova. It features a shared pool and it is some metres away from the beach.
This urbanisation will become the perfect place to spend a nice vacation for those lovers of the warm summer days. It features up to 3 chlorine pool and the beach is very near. Two of the pools are outdoors. One sizes 17x6 metres an it has a depth from 1 to 1.80 metres and it comes with an integrated children pool sizing 8x7 metres and with a 0.5 metres depth. The second pool sizes 9x6 metres and the its depth goes from 1 to 1.20 metres. There is also a heated pool which sizes 14x10 metres and its depth goes from 1 to 1.20 metres. The garden is ideal to sunbathe in one of the 8 sunbeds while the little ones play on the lawn. There is another area for the most restless and sporty ones, with tennis and paddle courts and a gym.

The apartment is comfortable and practical due to its distribution since it presents the kitchen the living and the dining in the same space,and it comes with spacious bedroom and a restored shower bathroom.

The dining kitchen, equipped with all needed tools to cook delicious plates, has a modern style with stainless steeled household appliances like oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine, and a ceramic hob. A kettle is available on request. The living room boasts beautiful views over the residential and it has a comfortable sofa bed and satellite TV. the two bedrooms come with a closet, and one features a double bed while the other comes with twin beds. If you need it we can provide a cot and a high chair for your baby, as well as a fan and a radiator.

Oliva is a privileged place in the Mediterranean, since it counts with numerous and wonderful beaches known all over Europe thank to their incomparable nature, beauty and quality. The dunes are their main defence, a living system always moving, with a great beauty and fragility. Due to their extension, you can practice water sports like kite surf, windsurf, kayac or sailing, among others. We recommend you to visit the old city centre at night, which preserves the spirit of the Medieval era. You can have long walks between its chapels, noble houses, old portales and museums, and go up the Moorish neighbourhood which still preserves its characteristic streets.
