Nice and stylish apartment in Puerto de Alcúdia, 140 meters from the sand beach and perfect for 2-3 guests.
Start your day with a large breakfast, then grab your towel and go to the beach. The small balcony has two garden chairs and a small table so you will be able to share a bottle of wine in the evening. The fine grained sand beach is just a few minutes walking - best location for everybody who loves the sea!
The apartment is on the second floor and is equipped in a modern way. The air conditioned living room offers satellite-TV, a sofa and a dining area. The kitchenette is good for preparing simple meals and it's equipped with a microwave, a small fridge, a small vitro hob, some crockery and cutlery. The cozy twin bedroom comes with a wardrobe. A cot and a high chair are available upon request. If you come with 3 people, we can prepare the sofa bed in the living room. It is preferably for a kid. There's a shower bath as well as a washing machine and an iron/ironing board.
The sea, shops, restaurants and the sea promenade are in walking distance. The fine grained sand beach extends over Playa de Muro until Can Picafort and it is family-friendly. Long strolls along the beach, watching the sunset, is a very romantic experience. By bus or taxi you reach Alcúdia old town where you can see the medieval town wall and the amphitheater. On Sunday and Tuesday is market day and you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables.

Für Touristen die keine langen Wege zum Strand möchten ist die Unterkunft zu empfehlen. Man ist direkt bei Supermärkten, Restaurants und wenn man sich ein Mietauto zulegt, ist man auch schnell mal im Osten, wo es kleinere Buchten und Strände gibt mit mehr Ruhe. Das Apartment ist mit Liebe hergerichtet und alles war, bei unserer Ankunft, sauber. Ärgerlich war, dass man nicht direkt das WLAN Passwort bekommen hat und man erst noch anrufen musste oder per E-Mail Hilfe bekommen hat. Es gibt anscheinend nicht in jedem Apartment einen Router... Viele Moskitos sind in der Gegend unterwegs und ich würde den Gästen empfehlen Mückenspray wie Autan vorher zu besorgen. Die Balkontür und Fenster nie lange geöffnet lassen und über Nacht auf jeden fall schließen und die Klimaanlage nutzen.

Das Apartment ist sehr Nahe vom Strand und für Badeferien somit super geeignet. Zum Hafen allerdings sind es ca. 25Min und ins Städtchen ca. 45Min Fussweg. Es fehlten Basics wie ein Küchenschwamm oder ein Lappen, sowie auch Toilettenpapier. Im Badezimmer roch es extrem stark nach Abwasser, teilweise so stark, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt dort abbrechen wollten. Homerti hat uns zwei Mal einen Sanitär geschickt, der die Lage bessern sollte. Es wurde für einen Tag besser, danach jedoch wieder schlechter und wir erhielten keine Hilfe mehr. Zudem sollte die Anzahl Duschtücher an den Aufenthalt angepasst werden, da ein Tuch nicht für 10Tage reicht. Wir würden aus diesen Gründen die Unterkunft nicht mehr buchen.
