In this beautiful property, you will find beautiful gardens with a large 18 x 8 metre swimming pool, with a depth of between 1.05 and 1.8 metres. There's also a children's pool and a jacuzzi area, making it an ideal choice for a family holiday. In the apartment, you will be able to enjoy a terrace where you can sunbathe, cook on the barbecue or simply enjoy a meal or a drink while contemplating the views of the garden.

Inside the flat, you will find everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The living room is ideal for evenings in, with air conditioning and Smart TV. The kitchen, open to the living room, has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house. For sleeping, there are two bedrooms, both with double beds. There is also a bathroom with shower. If you are travelling with a baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.

The location of the accommodation is really privileged, as you will be able to enjoy nature at its best without renouncing to comfort. In addition, many points of interest are nearby. The picturesque villages of Es Mercadal and Ferreries, which preserve all the Menorcan essence, are just a few kilometres away. Both are perfect for strolling among their whitewashed buildings and enjoying the typical gastronomy of the island in the best restaurants. If you would like to learn a little more about Menorcan culture, you can visit the Talayotic settlement of Sa Torreta or the El Toro viewpoint, where you can enjoy panoramic views of Menorca. Finally, we recommend a visit to the Macar de Sa Llosa Natural Park, which offers an incomparable maritime setting where you can enjoy the Mediterranean in all its splendour.
