Apartment El retiro

Welcome to this cosy apartment for 2 - 3 people, with shared pool, located only 260 metres away from the beach of Les Marines.
The shared facilities in the residential are wonderful. They are the reflection of a real paradise thanks to the greenery, the palm trees and the beautiful shape of the chlorine pool. This sizes 20 x 20 metres and the water depth goes from 1 to 2.1 metres. In addition, there is a children pool sizing 6 x 3 metres with a 0.6 metres depth. So both, adults and children, can enjoy a nice swim after sunbathing or playing on the lawn. The beach is also nearby, just a few minutes walk from the building.

This spacious and luminous first floor with elevator offers the needed comfort for your stay, specially with the cosy living - dining - kitchen where you can rest, chat all together or watch TV while you set the table and cook your meals on the ceramic top. You will find the washing machine, iron and ironing board right here. There is a bedroom with a double bed to rest at night, also with a closet and a balcony. Our third guest can rest on the sofa bed at the living. Besides, we can prepare a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby. Finally, you will find a bathroom for the whole accommodation and this has a tub. One fan and two radiators, one for the bedroom and the other for the living room, complete the equipment.

The beach of Les Marines, 260 metres away, is stunning thanks to its great extension of golden sand, its good location and its peace, becoming ideal for families. It also has good views to the Castle of Denia and it is full of all kinds of bars and restaurants that you can enjoy after a long day in the beach. The Castle of Denia, located on the top of a hill by the sea and in the town centre, is worth a visit. And if you still have time and feel like, we recommend you go to the golf course of La Sella, about 9 km away, to spend a different day.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
