The exterior of the property is absolutely perfect to enjoy the southern climate. In the communal areas you will find a tennis court, a basketball court and a playground. However, the main attraction will undoubtedly be the large shared chlorine pool, which has a size of 23 x 14 m and a depth range of between 1 and 2.2 m. In addition, the little ones will also be able to cool off while splashing around in the paddling pool. If you prefer to spend the day at sea, the property also has direct access to a nearby beach. Once in the apartment, the terrace will be ideal for dining or having a drink with your companions while contemplating the wonderful views of the surroundings. Due to its location in a block of apartments, the apartment has direct neighbors.

Located on the fourth floor of a building with elevator, the apartment is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The living room, equipped with AC and Smart TV, is open to the kitchen, which has ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it is time to sleep, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Up to two more people can rest on the sofa bed in the living room. All rooms are air-conditioned, as the apartment has centralized air conditioning. A bathroom with shower serves the property.
