The house is quite big, can easily accommodate a group of people. It has a nice garden, and close to the main street. The equipments in the kitchen and house in general need some improvement. There is a canal next to the house, which causes a lot of mosquitos.

Fantastic apartment for 4 people, situated on the ground floor, with communal pool and at only 700 m from Puerto de Alcúdia beach.
Enjoy of pleasant moments in the garden of this fantastic apartment, either having breakfast or making tasty outdoor barbecues, or sunbathing on the two available sun loungers. Then, you can take advantage of a refreshing bath in the communal chlorine pool, - 12*5 m and of 0.5 to 1.8 m deep -, or at the beach, to which you can access after a short walk.
Inside the apartment, you will find a comfortable and mild living room, with TV and air conditioning, open to the dining room. Immediately after, you gain access to the kitchen, with a very cheerful tonality and equipped with gas hob, oven and everything necessary to cook. There are three dormitories with wardrobe and fan, two of them with two single beds and the third one with a double bed. There is also availability for a cot and a high chair. The bathroom of the house is with shower. The laundry is independent and provides our guests with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Puerto de Alcúdia is the ideal destination for those who love the beach and also the facilities within walking distance. Its beach is a real paradise thanks to its white and fine sand and its crystal-clear waters. You have it at about 700 m from the apartment so you can get there pleasantly walking. And, at the end of the day, you can have dinner at one of the many restaurants in the area.
