The apartment of 72m2 located in a 1st floor without elevator, has 2 bedrooms with double bed. One cot and a high chair are available on request. There is one bathroom with shower. The living-dining room is very cozy, and is is equipped with two sofas, TV, A/C, one bedside table and the dining table with chairs, etc. The open kitchen with vitro is in the same space, and is fully equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine iron and ironing board are also at your disposal.

This resort is located in the prestigious residential area of Oliva Nova Golf, just a 5-minute walk from one of the best beaches around. Within the residential area, you will find supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, etc. Olica nova is famous for having a golf course and an equestrian centre where the most important state championships are held. Nearby, there is Montgó Natural Park, ideal for hikers, and the Marjal d’Oliva, a marsh where the Font Salada is to be found, a fountain with beneficial properties for the skin.
