Welcome to this lovely apartment located in Torremolinos, where 2+2 guests will find their second home.
The beautiful and well kept communal garden is the ideal place to enjoy the southern climate. There you will find a large shared chlorine pool, with dimensions of 12 x 43 m and a depth range between 1 and 2.2 m, which will be perfect for cooling off on the hottest days. The little ones will also be able to enjoy the water while having fun splashing around in the children's pool. Please note that, due to its location in a block of apartments, the apartment has direct neighbors.

Located on the -1 floor of a building without elevator and with a loft-like distribution, the interior of the property is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. Thus, in the same room you will find the living room equipped with AC and Smart TV, and an open kitchen that has ceramic hob and basic utensils for you to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. To rest they have a folding bed with capacity for two people, plus a sofa bed with capacity for two more people. A bathroom with bathtub gives service to the house and an air conditioner cools the whole room. If you travel with your baby, we can provide a crib and a highchair.

The accommodation is located in Torremolinos, a coastal town known for its beautiful beaches and good weather. If you feel like enjoying a day of sun and sea, in just 10 minutes walk you will reach the beach of Los Alamos, with clean and calm waters and a youthful and lively atmosphere, with several beach bars and restaurants along the coast. In addition to enjoying the sun and sea, Torremolinos offers other leisure options, such as strolling along the promenade, visiting the park of La Batería or exploring the famous San Miguel street, where you will find a variety of stores and restaurants where you can enjoy exploring the local gastronomy.

Reception is open 24 hours a day.
The swimming pool will be open from 9 June to 17 September. In June and september the opening hours are from 11.30 am to 7.30 pm. In July and August from 11.30 am to 8.30pm
