The building offers a refreshing chlorine pool measuring 20 x 13 metres with a depth between 1 and 2.20 metres. The surrounding garden area allows you to stretch out your towel and enjoy the sun's rays. Back in the apartment, the balcony is the perfect place to relax in the evening while admiring the sunset.

The property is located on the sixth floor of a building with a lift. It is compact, cosy and has everything you need to enjoy your holiday. The main room is equipped with Smart TV, air conditioning, dining table, the kitchen area with ceramic hob and washing machine and the sofa bed where you can rest after a day of sun and beach. The bathroom has a shower. Finally, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair in case you are travelling with your baby.

The accommodation is located in Benalmádena, very close to Santa Ana beach, a wonderful beach of golden sand and shallow waters. In the area you will find all the necessary services for an independent stay such as bars, shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. You will also find several bus stops nearby to move around the city comfortably. Don't forget to stroll through the modern Puerto Marina and admire the moored yachts, and visit the traditional Andalusian style old town or the Tivoli World theme park.

The shared swimming pool is only open during the summer months.
