Enjoy an authentic sun, beach and pool summer in this comfortable apartment. In the building you will find a heated chlorine pool for the winter season sizing 22x7 metres. It also has a detached jacuzzi. Outside there is another great pool for summer sizing 22x10 metres and with a depth from 0.5 to 1.80 metres. The shared areas also feature a paddle court and a gym, so you won't say can't keep fit during your vacation.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with a lift and it has 129 m2. It has a 15 m2 terrace where you can enjoy the good Mediterranean weather. Another glass terrace is the perfect place to have lunch and dinner accompanied by a grat luminosity and with the advantage of a ceiling fan. Once inside, we find the living-dining room, with comfortable armchairs and a sofa where you can watch TV and relax. The dining table has capacity for 6 people. The kitchen features all you may need to cook during your vacation like a gas top, oven or microwave. You will also find a washer, an iron and an ironing board in the house. There are two bedrooms to rest in this apartment. One has a double bed and the other has two single beds. There is a sofa bed in the living room for the extra guest. If you are travelling with a baby a cot and a high chair are also available on request. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, complete the accommodation. The apartment is equipped with central heating so we can enjoy it even in the winter season.

The city of Tavernes has an important historical heritage. You can walk along its traditional streets or visit some of its monuments to have an unforgettable experience: the Calvario, the chapel of the Santissim Crist, one of the most characteristic places in Tavernes, or the Torre de Vall, one of the most important Mediterranean lookout towers. You can also enjoy the gastronomy in Tavernes. From the traditional Paella to the mestall pastry and the delicious cold meat and sweets. You will find all you need for an independent stay in Tavernes. the beach is very near ans the village has 6 km of coast. There are two fine sandy beaches: Playa de la Goleta and Playa de Tavernes. No doubt, the best destiny for a quiet sun and beach vacation.

Pools opening hours: from 9 am till 3 pm and from 5 pm to 10 pm.
Outdoor pool is open from July to September
Indoor pool is open the whole year except for a period of a week, without a a fixed date.
Gym opening hours: from 8 am to 9.45 pm
Paddle opening hours: from 9 am to 10 pm

There is exterior covered parking for 1 car.
