Apartment Felicitat

This apartment with shared pool is in Playa de Gandia. It is very close to the beach and can accommodate 4 - 6 people.
You will have access to a shared, 12 x 6 meters chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.1 to 2.1 meters. Children can swim in the kids pool with a depth of 0.6 meters. After a day on the beach you can wash away the sand by the exterior shower. If you fancy playing basketball, there's a basketball court - but please bring your own ball with you. A private terrace with pool views is a nice place for a summer dinner with family and friends.

The apartment is on the sixth floor with elevator. There's a sitting-dining room, a kitchen with vitro hob and some cooking utensils as well as a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The sofa in the living room can be prepared as a bed for two more guests.

There are two bedrooms with wardrobe; one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. If you come with your baby, we can supply a cot and a high chair. There are three fans for the summer.

Playa de Gandia is a nice place for your summer holidays, as it has a fine grained sand beach with clear waters, many leisure activities like water sports, restaurants, shops and supermarkets - everything you may need during your stay!

Note: We cannot accept guests under 26 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
