Apartment Frambuesa

This cozy apartment for 6 guests is just a few kilometers from Rabdells Beach in Oliva Nova and features a shared pool.
The shared, 9m x 4m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 0.5m to 1.8m is open from June to September. Before and after swimming, you can use the shared exterior shower. You'll access the apartment through a nice patio with flower pots and two sun loungers. A staircase leads to the furnished, private terrace.

The apartments' entrance door is on the ground floor, but in total there are three floors. The terrace gives access to the living-dining room with TV (local channels), sofa and dining table where to enjoy nice evenings with friends and family. The modern kitchen is equipped with vitro hob, some kitchen utensils, microwave and fridge (kettle available upon request). A laundry area offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

A spiral staircase gives access to the first floor where a twin bedroom with closet is located. Mind that this room has no door and no total privacy is guaranteed. The remaining two bedrooms, both with double bed and closet are on floor -1. Both have access to the terrace and we can provide one cot and one high chair if you travel with your baby. Furthermore, there's a bath with shower. In total, there are two fans. Take into account that both the bedrooms on floor -1 and the bedroom on the first floor are only accessible by the spiral staircase. Please pay special attention if you travel with toddlers, kids, elderly people or people with restricted mobility.

Rabdells Beach is 5.5 km away. This natural beach is nice for a quiet beach day, surrounded by nature and dunes. There are small paths leading through the dunes where you can take nice strolls. You could visit more beaches like playa de Aigua Morta, playa de Les Deveses or playa de Aigua Blanca. Oliva Nova has lots of shops, supermarkets, an equestrian center, a soccer field and a golf course with 18 holes.
