Fantastic apartment with amazing sea, mountain and town views in Denia. It has capacity for 5 guests.
The terrace of this house is the perfect place to sit and have a coffee or tea in the early morning, when the sun starts its movement over the sea. Admire the sunrise or the sunset together with a dinner and a glass of wine is a complete privilege. You will feel the soft sea breeze and the warmth of the sun beams till the inside of the apartment,

This fresh and luminous home comes with a large living room open to the dining area and access to the terrace. It is ideal to have lunch all together while watching TV or simply to relax on the sofa reading a book from the shelves. The independent kitchen has a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave and a table with chairs if you want to have the dishes on the table at a time. There are also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board in here. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. There are two comfortable bedrooms with a closet each for our guests to rest. There are two twin beds in the first one, as well as air conditioning, exit to the outside and wonderful views from the large window. The second bedroom comes with 3 single beds. If you are travelling with your baby a cot and a high chair are also available on request.

This is a quiet and family area in Denia, near the port and the beach and all possible services like shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, public transport and so on. The visit to the Castle of Denia is very interesting. It is located in the heart of the town, over a hill by the sea. There also is a wide offer of hiking or cycling routes, and you will have the opportunity to practice even diving.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 27 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
