The communal gardens of the building are starred by a large shared chlorine pool of 14 x 12 m and a depth that moves between 0.9 m and 2 m. It also has a children's area for the little ones to cool off. It is also worth mentioning that from the gardens you can access directly to the beach. Already in the apartment, its fantastic terrace is ideal for breakfast or a drink with your companions. Being located in a block of apartments, there are direct neighbors.

The interior of the property is tastefully decorated and designed to offer you a well-deserved rest. The living-dining room, which has AC and TV, is perfect to extend your evenings. The kitchen, open to the living room, has ceramic hob and everything you need to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it is time to sleep, there is a double bedroom with AC. A bathroom with shower serves the house. If you travel with your baby, we can provide a crib and highchair.

The location of the apartment is fabulous, as it is less than 50 meters from the beautiful beach of Denia, which has several km of sand where you can enjoy the sea and good weather. In the area you will find the basic services for an independent stay like supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. The town of Denia and its beautiful castle are a must for the visitor.

The swimming pool will be open from June to September from 9:00 to 00:00.
