Apartment Hortensia

Featuring a shared outdoor pool, this cozy apartment in Playa de Gandia can comfortably accommodate 2 - 4 people.
After a nice day on the beach, you could wash off the sand by the exterior shower and have a swim in the shared pool, which is open from June to September. The 11 x 6 m sized chlorine pool has a depth ranging from 1.5 - 2 meters. Kids will enjoy the children's pool (depth: 0.6 meters). The plot is fenced. The apartment has a small furnished terrace overlooking the pool and the neighborhood.

The apartment is located on the third floor in a building with lift. It consists in a sitting dining room with A/C, high chair and TV (only Spanish channels), a basically equipped kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator, some kitchen utensils, washing machine, iron and ironing board as well as a bedroom with two single beds, A/C and closet. The bedroom has access to the terrace and we can prepare a cot if necessary. The sofa in the living room can be prepared as a sofa bed for two additional guests.

Just 500 meters from the fine grained sand beach, this apartment is perfect for your summer holidays. The beach is not only nice for basking in the sun but also for enjoying different water sports. Try our good Mediterranean cuisine in one of the restaurants or take a nice walk along the sea promenade. Children will enjoy the nearby playgrounds and the entertainment park Gandilandia. A 30 minutes' drive takes you to Oliva Nova's golf course and equestrian center. The old town of Gandia is very picturesque and a nice idea for a half-day trip.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
