Located in Grau i Platja, this beautiful apartment welcomes 4 guests.
The exteriors of the property are ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate and are characterized by a shared chlorine pool of 12m in diameter and a depth ranging between 1.40 and 1.65m. For the little ones there is also a pool with a diameter of 3m and a depth of 0.5m. Once in the apartment, you will be able to enjoy a delicious dinner with your companions with the sea in the background. Being a block of buildings, privacy is partial.

The interior, located on the ninth floor of the building with elevator, is newly renovated and designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The living room with AC is very bright and you will find a sofa where you can watch TV and a table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is independent, it includes ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils so that you can cook during your vacations. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it is time to sleep, there are two bedrooms. One of them with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. Both bedrooms have a ceiling fan for the hottest nights. If you travel with your baby we can provide a crib and a highchair. A bathroom with shower completes the stay.

The apartment is located in the area of Grau i Platja, 6 minutes walk from Gandia Beach and 12 minutes drive from Gandia. The beach of Gandia is the biggest tourist attraction with more than 7 kilometers of coastline with fine sand and crystal clear waters that are ideal for enjoying the sun and the sea. You can relax on the sun loungers and have a drink at the beach bar, which makes it a perfect place to relax and enjoy your well-deserved vacation. In addition to the beaches, it also has a fascinating cultural heritage. The Borja Ducal Palace is an architectural jewel that deserves a visit. If we talk about gastronomy you must try its traditional dishes such as fideuà or fish stew. If you prefer outdoor activities you can enjoy hiking and cycling routes in the Natural Park of the Marjal de Gandia, or practice water sports such as windsurfing or paddle surfing on its beaches. Undoubtedly, it is a destination not to be missed.

The pool is open all summer and the opening hours are from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm and from 4:30 pm to 9:00 pm.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 26 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
