Lovely apartment located at the coastal area of Playa de Gandía, only 500 metres from the sea, which easily accommodates from 2 to 4 people.
Located in a building within an urbanisation quite familiar in general terms, this apartment is the perfect place if you want to enjoy the nice Mediterranean weather, since it is not only a few metres from the beach but its also counts with a shared chlorine pool. It sizes 8 x 7 metres and its has depth from 1.20 to 1.80. The children pool sizes 4 x 2 metres and it has a 0.40 metres depth. The terrace at the apartment is perfect to have breakfast because it is covered, very fresh and with good views to the urbanisation.

The apartment is located on the second floor of the building and offers elevator. Inside, the dining room is open to the living area where you can comfortably sit to watch TV, which is open towards the kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob. This shared room features am air conditioning unit. There is a shower bathroom and a double bed bedroom with a closet and air conditioning. A cot and a high chair as well as two folding beds for the two extra beds are available on request.

The area of Playa de Gandia is known by its nice temperature during almost the whole year. Here and in the centre of Gandia you'll find restaurants, supermarkets and much to visit.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
