Fantastic apartment with shared pool in Playa de Gandía. The second home near the sea for 4-5 people.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a spectacular building with elevator, that features mountain and city views. It is only 500 metres away from the beach and it presents a great shared chlorine pool where you can spend the day cooling off. The pool sizes 8 x 7 metres and the depth goes from 1.2 to 1.8 metres. There also is an adjoining 4 x 2 metres children pool with a 0.4 metres depth for the little ones to have fun.

The apartment private terrace is, no doubt, a beautiful corner to relax and enjoy a delicious breakfast or simply a coffee or tea by a good reading.

Inside, the living-dining room offers two comfortable sofas, TV and air-conditioning, and the dining table can accommodate 4 people. The independent kitchen features a gas top, oven, microwave and fridge as well as all needed tools to cook delicious dishes. The washing machine, iron and ironing board can also be found in the kitchen. The only bathroom is spacious and luminous and it has a bath. And there are two bedrooms with a closet each for your rest. One has a double bed and the other has a trundle bed. We can prepare the sofa bed at the living room for the extra guest, as well as a cot and a high chair.

After a few minutes walk you reach the incomparable Playa de Gandía with its astonishing white and fine sand and blue waters. This is the perfect destiny for those searching sun, sea breeze and warm weather. There are lots of services in the a area for a nice stay like shops, bars, restaurants, music and much more. If you also enjoy nature and excursions, we recommend visiting the Route of the Monasteries, the Ullal de l'Estany and, of course, the town of Gandía.

The pool is available from June to September.
Pool opening hours: from 10 am to 3 pm and from 5 pm to 8 pm.
Pets are allowed.
